i purchased sword coast adventurer's guide and i don't have access to it. i bought it digitally and when i go to the market place it says i own this digital product and when i look at my order history it says that i purchased the book. any idea what's going on?
I own it as well, and it doesn't show for me in the Soursebooks drop down under the Sourses tab. I have to click on View All in that menu, and then click on the book on the page that opens.
i bought it so i could have access to the feral tiefling and blade singer but when i try to create my character its not giving me the feral tiefling and it doesn't have sword coast as a source option even though i bought the book. why is this happening?

Did you buy the book on Beyond's website, or did you buy it through the app? If you bought it through the app, it might take a while since the payment has to go through Apple or Google first.
If you bought it on the website, it should be available immediately. If not, check your entitlements to make sure they are in sync. If that does not work, also try logging out and logging back in.
The purchase isn't even processed. Can't even begin the process of downloading it. I've still heard nothing from no one. Even when I try humoring it and selecting the book again with its price tag. It will tell me I already own it but failed the process. Only failing the process of giving me my ownership and letting it download but didn't fail the process of charging me at all.
Honestly I don't see why this is even an issue that's been going on for at least 2 years I see. It's completely unacceptable. Even by some chance this gets resolved why am I supposed to do. From that point on what if I want to get another book hope and pray this doesn't happen again unlikely. It leaves a nasty taste in the consumer mouth.

Same issue with monsters of the multiverse. So I could make a tabakie. Sigh.
First thing to check: Does your character sheet have the Expanded toggle turned on? MotM races are linked to that toggle.

Having the same issue with the 2024 Dungeon Master’s Guide :(
