Whenever I try to open any of the books I have purchased from the marketplace, I get an error that "This page isn't working" because it was redirected too many times. It states that I should try deleting cookies but I have done that and it still has not helped. I can access my material through IOS, but not on PC.
Very strange. It definitely sounds like some kind of network issue, though.
Can you give an example of where this happens? Can you right-click the link you’re clicking, then copy and paste it here? And could you also share the URL you end up at, where it shows that error?

There’s definitely something on your PC that interfering here, but I have no idea what that would be — especially if it’s happening in multiple browsers...

Good call, if I use the copy paste option I am able to access without issue. What is interesting, is that after I did that, I am now able to access other sections by selecting the link rather than using the copy/paste option.
