Kindred Feats are broken

I have just bought the new Vampire the Masquerade: Bound by Blood, and while making a character using the new Kindred class and making myself level 2, the kindred feats drop down has two options showing, however the bottom one mimics the top one so it may just be a visual glitch. HOWEVER, when going to pick a kindred feat none of them showed up. When I went to turn off feat prerequisites, I found out that I was "Missing: Kindred or Thin-Blooded" but I am playing the kindred class, now by adding the thin-blooded feat I managed to get them to show up but the feat has this line of text "Kindred, but Not Kindred. You ignore the Kindred class prerequisite for choosing Kindred feats. You can’t gain levels in the Kindred class." So my question is why is this happening and if it could get fixed that would be greatly appreciated as it seems to be broken for the time being.

At least you can buy the book. I get an error message saying "Your purchase can't be processed" :(
