I'm trying to access a character sheet for my campaign but error codes keep popping up. A different one each time. I've tried to find the source of the codes but I can't seem to find anything.
Is there any homebrew on the sheet? An extremely poorly programme piece of homebrew has been known to cause such problems. It’s exceedingly rare these days since DDB started rolling out their upgrades, but it still happens from time to time.
Resolved via Customer Support - the player who owns the sheet has an expired subscription and needs to go through an unlock process in order to have their character sheets accessible again.
