If a UA is over a year old and nothing has been done with it, then nothing will ever be done with it. If a different version comes out, it will be completely different from the UA revised ranger.
As others have stated, only Unearthed Arcana released after certain date is published on D&D Beyond. If it is updated and a new version is released, it will likely be included.
As for what to expect on any future updates, this was Jeremy Crawford's statement on the Revised Ranger in 2017
Here are some more recent twitter statements about it:
"There is one ranger: the one in the Player's Handbook." Thanks for the "F*** **U", Jeremy. Nice to know y'all care about your fans/customers. Revised Ranger Beast Conclave actually fixed the subclass, but f*** us beast masters, right, Jeremy? I played a revised Beastmaster, and it was fantastic. It was viable. My wolf and I were kicking a** and chewing bubblegum, shoulder to shoulder with the Paladin and the Eldritch Knight. We had a bond and our story developed through the RP of the whole campaign, just Like Vex and Trinket. It was great...and now it's dead. Bravo, WotC and DnDBeyond. Way to kill/cripple a subclass. >:(

So you necro a thread to rant about a decision made by a different company years ago and which D&D Beyond have absolutely no ability to do anything about in any way shape or form?
O.o
You feelin' OK?

In my scrambling to find something that could fix what I apparently missed in the 1-2 year window I wasn't a member of DnDBeyond and the sunset/decomission of the Revised Ranger UA, I did come across the UA Class Features. Good changes to general Ranger class. Not any meaningful improvement on Beast Master/Conclave. I saw the "Variant Companions". The "beasts" are actually worse than my UA wolf companion. I'd have to playtest it IRL to get a better feel for how it plays, but just reading the variants didn't strike me as much of an improvement to what actually made Beast Master so "broken" in the PHB. The UA Revised Ranger (Beast Conclave) was better, IMO. The mechanics and companion scaling felt way better. Again, I'd need to playtest the newest stuff to give a thorough opinion on that aspect. I do apologize for that. The other stuff in the newest UA, however, is a pretty neat way to introduce variety and nuance to the other classes. Very neat! As for the Tasha's Cauldron, I just found that (literally, 20 or so minutes after posting my OC). I'm currently in the process of perusing through it, so I'll get back to you on that one.
Edit: Apologies! Still trying to get the hang of this forum. Forgot to "quote" instead of just reply.

Yes! Yes, I did, and no, I'm not. I was hoping to revive one of my favorite characters, utilizing the stellar online tool/resource that is DnDBeyond, only to find that it is no longer possible. So, yeah, I'm a little miffed. I understand that DnDBeyond has no sway in WotC, and I don't blame them for it. I'm a little miffed that it isn't an option, but I understand that they're compelled to follow what WotC publishes and such. Doesn't make me wish that there isn't an option available to keep using the UA Revised Ranger, but I guess that's what paper sheets, MPMB, and DMs are for. Would've been nice to be able to use DDB, but I can adapt. Apologies for necro'ing a thread for my rant. How dare I! I'll go sit in the corner, now.

Only if a new version of revised ranger gets released. The current version is archived. https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/dungeons-dragons-discussion/unearthed-arcana/14259-unearthed-arcana-content-on-d-d-beyond

Wizards have said the revised ranger isn't happening. Best you can do is homebrew it as a sub class of Ranger.
