I have been trying to update my payment information for some time now. I (Canadian) used to use a Scotiabank Visa-Debit card, but have been trying to change it to a Scotiabank Visa-Credit card. The issue is D&D Beyond keeps saying that the payment hasn't processed, but I used this card for other monthly purchases. Does D&D Beyond not accept Visa Credit Cards? (yes there is enough money on the card)
D&D Beyond accepts Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express, and all the payment methods accepted by PayPal. If you're having an issue with a transaction, you can reach out to support, or hang out as Sorce (from the support team) occasionally frequents the Bugs & Support subforum.

As far as I know Visa should be accepted - I'd always recommend checking with your card/bank in case they have flagged the use at all. Otherwise as Sillvva mentioned, if you submit a support ticket we can see if there is any decline messages or similar showing.
