I bought this book on first release but now I can't seem to access about half the content. Anyone else having this issue? I just keeping getting the error message.

I'm getting this too. A bunch of linkings to monsters in the MotM contents page have additional characters in the URL, like: "https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/motm/bestiary-su#TortleDruid". If you remove the "-su" part of this link, it goes to the right page. It seems the links embedded in the contents page were incorrectly inputed. Edit: The "-su" refers to the alphabetical range of monster. It seems some pages just simply don't work anymore, as they can't even be accessed directly.

I've passed the report on, but in the mean time taking out the additional prefix looks to work. If you have the full source book and not just the compendium, the monster listings are all available from the Monster listing search under Game Rules as well.
With the legacy toggle I noticed that Eladrin (Variant) in elves are not labeled as legacy. I would expect since Eladrin are an a discrete option now to now a make the old elf based one legacy to help prevent new players from being confused.
When using the races in this book, I no longer have the ability to remove common from my characters' sheets. Before buying this book, I was able to use Tasha's Custom Origin Languages to remove Common and replace it with another language, as my world does not use that language. Now, despite indicating that they use that mechanic, the races from Monsters of the Multiverse cannot remove Common.
hey i'm currently trying to build a protector aasimar as my character for a campaign, just wondering if that is found in this book or a different one, if so, which one?

Protector Aasimar are in Volo's Guide to Monsters, which is no longer for sale here on DDB. Folks who bought Volo's before it was deemed "legacy" content sill have access to it, but it (and the subraces from it) can no longer be purchased.
In Monsters of the Universe, Aasimar do not have subraces, but at 3rd level they choose "Celestial Revelation." Those options are very similar to (and in some cases may be the same) as the 3rd level features of the various Aasimar subraces in Volo's. the Radiant Soul Celestial Revelation is very similar (but not precisely identical to) the Radian Soul feature of Protector Aasimar.
The content from MoM does not appear in my character builder at all. I still have my legacy options and I am synced, but none of the new options are available. What should I do?
Yes, I've double and triple checked. I can see all the content when I click into it from "sources," but the races don't show up as options in my character builder.
If that content is being shared with you in a campaign you would be able to see the content under Sources, but only in the character builder in that specific campaign. Check here to see if you’ve purchased a license to it: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace). Also, if you purchased the “compendium only” version you would be able to see it under Sources, but not in the builder at all.
I bought the Source Bundle on Oct 16 2019 (Order #1407396) which this page says includes MotM.
However, when I search for Shadar Kai: Shadow Dancer, I get taken to the "Buy MotM now!" page.
I am logged in as the only account I ever use on DDB, have been a Master subscriber for years, and my entitlements are sync'd.
What gives? Appreciate any ideas!
That only got you the sourcebooks that had been released as of Oct 16 2019; MotM came out in 2022. But you can purchase MotM at the Bundle discount price.

Have you checked your entitlements? (See link in my signature)

did you buy through the website or through the app? (App purchases take longer to go through)

Yeah, it's every page of the bestiary after the A - D section.
Thanks for the help! Hopefully they fix that soon.
