Perhaps this has been brought up, but I cannot find the version of the dark Elf (Drow) in the MotM book. Was there a change or deletion that I'm not aware of?
Elf (Drow) was not included in the MotM book. It is a PHB race and has not been reprinted.
I must be losing my mind then, because i swear the Dark Elf was changed to where its spells could be INT, WIS, or CHA based, and it no longer had disadvantage in sunlight.

They did that to the Duergar. I'm hoping they end up doing the same to the Dark Elf at some point, too.
Is there a known issue with the characters race listings? (I've skimmed this thread, but I might have missed this)
I own the Tortle Package, I should be able to choose Tortle (Legacy), but it's not appearing. I might be missing other races, but I don't have the time to sit down and figure it out right now xD

(And yes, entitlement apparently are synced)
On the screen in the Character Builder where you select a race, there's now a toggle for "Show Legacy Content", is that enabled?
Is there (I hope) a big typo in the Warlocks and Wizards in this book? The NPC Wizards all have d8's for hp (whereas PC Wizards have d6's, unless something has changed), and all of them appear to have Eldritch Blast + the Agonizing Blast invocation (called "Arcane Burst", with a modification that it works for melee as well as ranged) ... and *none* of the Warlocks appear to have it.

that is how they're presented in the book, so Beyond has to represent it.
And, as a reminder, monsters *do not* have to follow the same rules as players. There is magic, such as Arcane Burst, that players don't learn.

In general, monster stat blocks have their hit dice scaled by creature size, not class (if applicable), and this applies to NPC monsters as well; they use the hit dice of a Medium creature, which is d8. The Champion uses a d8, even though it's clearly based on a Champion Fighter, a class with a d10 hit die; so does the Berserker, which is based on a Barbarian (d12). The main point of a statblock is to simplify running the creature in combat, so the number of hit dice often have nothing to do with what an NPC-monster's class level would be if built using PC building rules.

I do see that the statblocks have been standardized to d8. I still have an issue with the Wizards and the Arcane Burst without being "Wizlocks" (Wizard X/Warlock 2). These are listed as Wizard "archtypes". And if everyone else is happy with the idea that every 3rd level Wizard Apprentice NPC gets Eldritch Blast + the Agonizing Blast which the PC and Sage Advice says is limited to the Warlock class, then I guess that is the way it is.
I apparently misread this thread's functions. Knowing that D&D Beyond had Joined Wizards of the Coast and seeing that WoC pointed to D&D Beyond when I was looking for feedback and the statement at the beginning that "If you find any issues with the content of the sourcebook" I thought it was a way to provide feedback on what appeared to be an error. But now I see it must be talking about the "sourcebook" as found on D&D Beyond. Since Beyond only represents what is given in the book and does not provide feedback, I clearly brought it into the wrong place. So I do apologize and withdraw the comments.

The wizard statblocks use the NPC rules... with hit dice determined by their size. And Arcane Burst isn't Eldritch Blast + Agonizing Blast... it's just... Arcane Burst. It has nothing to do with warlocks, or anything else. The wizard statblocks literally follow different rules as presented in the DMG (Creating Your Own Monsters).

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but with shared content I have from a campaign I have access to the Monsters of the Multiverse content, but when choosing race in character creator under the shared campaign the new Genasi races don't appear, only the Legacy content. I have all content enabled, and I've updated my entitlements. Any help would be appreciated.

Ask whoever is doing content sharing to check their own entitlements and then turn content sharing off and back on again.
it is my understanding from what you said that the character in question is in the campaign where content is being shared. If that is not the case, that would be the issue.
In the kobold inventor's Weapon Invention action, under Rot Grub Pot, there is a link to the legacy swarm of rot grubs from Volo's Guide to Monsters instead of the updated swarm of rot grubs from Monsters of the Multiverse.
Yeah hi I bought the digital version of the Monsters of the Multiverse and I'm trying to make a Yuan-Ti character but when I go the character builder none of the 30+ races are available to me. I checked your link and it said "Your entitlements are in sync!" but here I am with my entitlements not in sync. I did just buy the digital version today so does it just take a while to work or what? Help pls ;-;
I can sometimes take a little bit for the data to push after a purchase. Did you purchase it from the website or through the app? App purchases are notoriously slow.
I purchased through the website, but I enabled "Share Content" on my campaign and one of my players had access to the Yuan-Ti race, which is why I'm confused because I went to my own personal character builder and I myself don't have access to it. But do you really think it'll just fix itself in time? Or is there something else I'm missing?
My players can't find any of these races in my shared campaigns still, I followed instructions and my entitlements say they are up to date and it says if I have any issues I should get some support help... They've tried on the app and online.

Don't worry, after checking my entitlements it must have auto refreshed everything or my players are idiots. We got it working my bad. Feel free to delete my posts.
I bought the digital content monsters of the Multiverse yesterday online and when I try to make a character I don't see any of the 30+races in the character builder just the legacy ones.

Should be a drop down to choose between legacy and new.
