In addition to the ability to have "include legacy" as a checkbox in the database searches, a checkbox to turn on/off legacy races in chargen would be appreciated.
Is there a way to turn off or remove legacy content?
If you are using the app, I found that filtering out the discontinued books removes the legacy content in the field I am searching for in the ‘listing’ section. I realize that this does not cover everything, but the big ones like monsters, races, and magic items are filtered out.
Legacy content is the stuff that was just updated via the MMM book but from their original books. If you didn't already buy Volo's Guide and MToF then you have missed your chance to have access unless someone shares the stuff with you.
Yeah, I would love a switch like how it is on the home page of the character builder with CR, R&M, etc. content. I think that would tidy things up a bit on the race page and also allow if anyone wants to play “old school” legacy content then it gives that option.
For anyone searching for this in the future, it doesn't exist and that sucks, but here is the url that filters down to every resource that doesn't contain legacy content. The sources containing legacy content are- Baldur's Gate: Descent into Avernus Dead in Thay Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes Out of The Abyss Sleeping Dragon's Wake Volo's Guide to Monsters

That too. I just want a way to toggle between the two so it is easier to find and use the content I am looking for.

I'd prefer it if the Legacy label next to the race or monster was a button to toggle between the new and versions.

There is a feedback forum available for feedback. The answer to the help question is that there is not.

A better question is, "How do I gain legacy content?".
Legacy content is the stuff that was just updated via the MMM book but from their original books. If you didn't already buy Volo's Guide and MToF then you have missed your chance to have access unless someone shares the stuff with you.
