I don't believe you can include homebrew spells. I know the warning says private homebrew but the term "private" is either leftover from an earlier time where it was allowed or is an ambiguous term that is confusing since "private" is an actual status setting for homebrew.
I have been able to successfully publish homebrews with homebrewed spells attached to it in the past, so either they changed something or one of your spells is disqualified by either being non-free content or being private homebrew. Are you sure you used the generic spell tiny hut, and not its named counterpart leomund’s tiny hut? Are you sure you used the published version of Create Root Connection, and not a private version of the spell? Are you sure you haven’t attached any other spells? If so, try Re-saving your our entire homebrew again and see what happens.
I have removed all spells and it still doesn't work. The one I have problems with was a copy of another subclass. I will make a new subclass and keep you updated.

I found the Problem. Homebrew Spells I've added have been added to "additional specific spells". I have deleted one of the spells.
That was the Problem.
