I am building an encounter using a monster from MToF and encounter the Problem that I don't have access to some monsters. E.g. I can't access "Amnizu", but I can access "Amnizu (Summoner Variant)".
I have the exact same issue. I have problem accessing Legacy monsters from Tome of Foes. I have raised a ticket with Support regarding this. I can access the statblock by accessing the book, but can't use it during the Encounter Builder.
As I said, I have raised the issue with support. I only thought of voicing my issue here as well, to inform Oegge that they are not alone in their troubles.
nope happening to me too, has been for the past couple of weeks.
When i look at it on encounter builder its telling me:
"There's more to this monster" but when i click on it i can see the full creature stat block.
I've already checked that my charcter is in sync and it says this:
"Your entitlements data is in sync! You should have nothing to worry about, but contact our Support Team if you're having problems accessing your purchased content."
Sorry for being a pest Silvva... but do you know if they're prioritizing finding a fix for it it?
It's already been more than a couple of weeks, its purchased content and its 80+ monsters... so it really is fairly inconvenient and it just not being available for some nebulous undisclosed amount of time isn't really okay.
Not a complaint to you, i know you're a moderator who is being massively helpful and its very much appreciated but support staff aren't really being communicative about this issue with the user base directly... so any chance to feedback that this is expected to be a priority fix would be appreciated.
Is there any update on this? I can't believe this is still broken and it's been two months without any word if it's even being looked at. It's frustrating to pay for content and a master subscription and then not be able to use the tools here.

Problem still persists!
The exact same as the above posters, followed all the same steps, it states my entitlements are in sync. And it's with monsters from the same book.
Well, if all troubleshooting steps have been taken, then it must be an actual bug.

Wait, do any of you not have Legacy Ontent enabled in the encounter builder? You have to set that filter to “Yes.”

Did you guys buy mordenkainens individually or as part of a bundle?
yes. I bought it as part of the sourcebook bundle
I can access Legacy content in the encounter-builder. I can also access some monsters of MToF but not all.
I can access "Amnizu(Summoner Variant)" but I can’t access the normal "Amnizu". That makes it seem very much like a bug
Same issue here. I own both Mordenkainen books.
Stated on another thread, and will state it here as well.
This is a known issue. No ETA on a fix at the moment.

I can't say for sure what the priorities are. The mod team isn't really privy to the current work items/schedule.

My current workaround is to create a copy of the monster. It's annoying we have to do this but, until fixing this issue is a priority, it'll suffice.
