Hi, I appear to have lost access to my character on the website:

When I try to view it I get:

Whoops! We rolled a 1 on our check. We're heading into town to visit the blacksmith for repairs.

Try again after a Short Rest.

In the App I can view the character, but I can't open the character builder to raise them up a level, which makes it difficult to advance.

And of course, after trying everything I could think of for 10 minutes, then going to make a forum post, it starts working.

Same problem here. So far it’s been 30 minutes waiting and the group arrives in 15. Here’s hoping. 

I had the same problem, using Firefox browser fixed it for me. Try using that, maybe it'll work.

As an interim measure - in our game - we've made copies of any characters that don't load and that has fixed the problem for people!

 The copy button in the character list worked for us!

Out of curiosity, where is that copy button? I'm on browser for reference. (Though I also have all 6 character slots being used. But I'd imagine I'd still be able to at least see where that copy button is even if it might not work.)

Though I'm guessing that the dev team, now that it's no longer the weekend, was able to fix things. The three character sheets I knew of that were having issues all seem to be working now.

If you view all your characters on a browser in collections > my characters, it should be on the bottom bar of each character between the "edit" and "delete" buttons (though I'm not sure how it works with full character slots, admittedly).
