This may come from the source book but in Chapter 1: A Friend in Need - Zhentarim Hideout, it mentions "The hideout on Castle Lane" instead of Candle Lane.
In the chart where it lists all the temples and what ward those temples are in, the chart says the tower of luck is in castle ward. However just before that, the text for the tower of luck is under the sea ward section and the map seems to indicate it’s also in sea ward. This would lead me to think the chart was incorrect.
As I haven't seen any activity on this feature request, I'll reiterate it here given the nature of this particular campaign:
As DMs, we need to have a way of controlling which content gets shared with our campaign participants. I'd love for these sharing flags to be granular enough to allow me to share some items, magic items, monsters, and handouts with players, while not sharing others. But I think it would be valuable even just to control sharing of complete books, until a more precise system could be put in place.
This campaign is a mystery for players to unravel. I'm certain I'll be told to trust my players, but I'd rather remove the temptation altogether.
By the way, if I've missed a post about progress on this feature, please point me to it. I'd be happy to read anything I can about it.
In Hell of a Summer under Approaching Cassalanter Villa/Denizens of Cassalanter Villa it says "before the Cassalant ers awake." instead of "before the Cassalanters awake."

The word "Beholder Zombie" on this page doesn't link to a beholder zombie in the monster manual, the word zombie links to the entry for zombie. This is incorrect. Link Here.

the first sentence in the Zhentarim Hideout Section of chapter one refers to the street as Castle Lane, but it should read Candle Lane.
This does indeed seem to be an error, however this error is also in the printed book from WoTC. So may not get changed here until WoTC issue some errata about the book.
The pre-order perks are not shared - they are a personal benefit gained from pre-ordering.

Chapter 2 Trollskull alley, Harper 3rd level mission Gazer links to Azer.
This is fixed. Thanks.
The Stone of Golorr says it's actually an Aboleth but there is no reference there on the item page.
There is also no link to the DMG section on sentient items.
Check out all my important links here.

The team understand this and it's definitely on the roadmap to be delivered as a feature. I don't have any sort of date for you though.

In the first section of the Zhentarim Hideout, it says the DC to pick the lock on the door and windows is 12. In Z1, it says it's 10.
Which is it?

They could both be correct - it may be that it is a lower DC to pick the lock from the inside.
If Wizards of the Coast issue an errata to change this, then we'll make sure that D&D Beyond is updated as well.

Am I over looking the stats for Yagra Strongfist?
It took me a while to find them too, it’s mentioned in the end of chapter 1, under the familiar faces section. She uses the stat block of a thug.
I really feel like this should be mentioned in chapter 2, but that’s up to wizards of the coast, not dndbeyond
I had been spending the last hour trying to find the stats and looked everywhere but the Intro page. Good spot!

The box text says "He bought you tickets to the opera tonight at the Lightsinger Theater in the Sea Ward."
A couple sentences later it says "Lightsinger Theater is a high-end establishment located in the Castle Ward."
