In Chapter 1: Zhentarim Hideout, it refers to the "hideout on Castle Lane". There is no Castle Lane in Waterdeep, which leads me to believe that this is a typo and should be Candle Lane. That would fit with the street name given for the hideout in the previous part of the chapter.
From a Google search, I believe that this error exists in the print version of the book, too, but it should be possible to correct here at least.
In Chapter 1: Zhentarim Hideout, it refers to the "building’s three points of entry — a front door, a large warehouse loading door, and a painted-over window". But it is clear from Map 1.1 that there is an extra door. It is a normal sized door just south of the large warehouse loading door.
In Chapter 1: Zhentarim Hideout, it says that "the doors or the window can be unlocked by a character who makes a successful DC 12 Dexterity check using thieves’ tools". But in the description for area Z1, it says that a "character with thieves’ tools can pick the lock on a door or the window with a successful DC 10 Dexterity check".
Also, the start of that section says that the doors and window "can be forced open with a successful DC 10 Strength (Athletics) check," but there is no mention of that in the description for area Z1.

I appreciate the report, but these must stay in DDB as they are in the printed version.
I understand, though it's a disappointing answer. I don't have a copy of the printed book, so it's hard to know what's a mis-print versus a mis-scan. It takes effort to compile information and report errors, and I have to admit that the will do to so is a bit diminished with the nagging thought that there might be no point. I'll probably just leave it to those who bought both the paper and digital products.
Making matters worse (not that it's in any way related to D&D Beyond), Wizards of the Coast does not seem to have a contact for reporting errata. If someone knows of one, I'd be happy to see an email address or link for it.
Hi, please can you help me? The map links for this module (in the table of contents) on the app are opening the front cover again, rather than the actual maps. This was temporarily fixed a while ago, but it's doing it again.
Seems that the Kenku link was missed in a number of places in chapter 1. Zhentarim Hideout is one area and I'm pretty sure there are some other chapter 1 areas where the link was missed.
Knocking at the doors or the window alerts a group of kenku inside that someone is coming. The kenku scramble to hide behind toppled furniture, making a ruckus that any character who has a passive Wisdom (Perception) score of 16 or higher can hear. These kenku are all that remain of the Xanathar Guild force that murdered almost everyone in the warehouse after the five Zhentarim thugs captured Renaer Neverember and Floon Blagmaar and brought them here. Floon was taken away, but Renaer succeeded in staying alive by hiding. Now, the young noble is trying to figure out how to slip past the kenku, who are lazily searching the warehouse for loot while waiting to see if any more Zhents show up.
Unless that was intentional due to the linking in the individual areas for the hideout.
I've run into this sort of issue before, so perhaps I can give some insight on it. In the published adventures, links to specific monsters are generally only done when that monster is bolded in the physical text. In this case the first, and only, instance of the word kenku being bolded in this section is in the second paragraph of subsection Z1. Main Room which is correctly linked in the digital version.
Chapter 5, Xanathar's Lair, Areas of the Lair, area X6, there is a bad tool tip:
Joining a Tournament. If the characters enter during a tournament, they see a minotaur battling a scarred female halfling, [Tooltip Not Found] (see area X7).

Hi there,
that's Samara Strongbones. I added the tooltip yesterday, so you may need to force refresh the page or clear your browser cache.
[Tooltip Not Found], a female lightfoot halfling, is a Zhentarim spy in league with Manshoon. She is chaotic evil and has these racial traits: She is Small, and her walking speed is 25 feet. She can move through the space of any Medium or larger creature. She has advantage on saving throws against being frightened. She speaks Common, Halfling, and Undercommon.

Thanks Storm, I'll do a refresh, I may have a few like that.
Stormknight is it possible that the statblock for Samara Strongbones is incorrect? Her hitpoints show 27 with 6d8, though since she is small shouldn't it be more accurate at 21 with 6d6? Not sure if the statblock came from WOTC or elsewhere.

It's absolutely as per the book - we make sure that content on D&D Beyond is as published by Wizards of the Coast.
Area X7 defines that Samara uses the spy stat block, then states some changes. There's no change specified to hitpoints or hitdice.
Normally when a standard creature is adapted from Medium to Small, you're right, they drop the hitdice from d8 down to d6, but haven't done so in this case.
In the temple of Asmodeus - chapter 6

Area A5 has
maybe should be south walls.
This is fixed. Thanks.

We're doing some TLC work on adventures at the moment, so I'll keep an eye out for opportunities to add any useful tooltips to text. :)

Yeah as I read further in the adventure it dawned on me that this was probably what was going on, otherwise you'd have links everywhere for no reason.
Jarlaxle Baenre is missing the small "L" icon in the Monster section next to his name.
This is fixed. Thanks.

I guess Samara is tough for a halfling!
