Rumours have it that 500,000 bugs lie within Waterdeep.
Elminster told us that Volo is to be blamed for this, but whichever the case, the Open Lord Laeral Silverhand kindly asks the good people of the City of Splendors to report the bugs here. A squadron of Magisters will take care of them in a timely manner.
This may be an issue with the source text and not specifically DDB's implementation of it, but I notice Dragon Heist so far consistently uses the spelling "Waterdavian," which conflicts with the spelling given in other books (SCAG, PotA, Storm King's Thunder) of "Waterdhavian."
I'm curious - how do you add the random properties to this item (and the other Artefact items in the game) without having to resort to homebrew copies (which kind of makes it more a template than a useable item)?

I'm not seeing any of the preorder frames from waterdeep. I do see new backdrops and themes but no frames. Did waterdeep just not come with any frames or is it a bug of some kind?
Multiple packets of smokepowder should not show up separately in your inventory, but should function like other consumables where you can add multiple packets within the one Smokepowder item.

I'm not seeing frames either, though they were a part of the pre-order bonus description-- So I would assume they are intended to be there...

They were intended to be there but were missed - the WDH frames are available now if you pre-ordered.

You can do so with homebrew copies (which is a perfect example of how homebrew is intended to be used).
We do not currently support choosing random properties for artifact items, but it is on the list and will be incorporated at some point.

Stone of Golorr should require attunement.

Fixed - thanks for the report. :)

How to add Tooltips
The only current solution is homebrew.

In Volo's section, there is a typo. "Fearto" is one word, when it should be two.
Blackstaff's attunement reads "by a by the Blackstaff heir".
Badge of the Watch's attunement is "by a by someone".
Edit: In the description of C3. Library in Hell of a Summer there is the following: "None of the books ar e magical."
In the description of C23. Attic Landing, there is "what lu rks there."
Similar errors, specifically with "a r" and "u r" exist elsewhere in the chapter.

Are the pre-order perks not included in content sharing? My party don't seem to have access.
