So I went to the class selection page on the character creator and the Artificer doesn't appear. I have playtest content and all other content options enabled. Is this beacuse it was added to Last War: Rising, and in that case why can't I but individual options from the book? I do have an artificer I made previously and I can still see the artificer on his character.

Last War doesn't come out until November. You need both Playtest Content and Eberron Content enabled to be able to create an Artificer.

I can't replicate this. Note that the off toggle is grey and the on toggle is (usually) red.
