My DM just switched us to this site and I just added my 6th level character. I had selected the Sentinel feat at level 4, but when I try and select a feat under the character creation, Sentinel isn't listed. Any idea why?

As Cyb3rm1nd's flowchart tries to point out, Sentinel is not part of the free SRD / Basic Rules for D&D 5e. You will either need to
buy the PHB on this site
buy just the Sentinel feat from it
or be in a campaign where content sharing is enabled by someone with a Master subscription, and someone in the campaign owns the Sentinel feat already.
D&D Beyond isn't owned or operated by Wizards, and they have to pay a licensing fee for use of the content plus pay for digitizing, staff, and server costs.
Weirdly enough, it shows up under actions, but still isn't select-able under character editing, there's an ! saying I haven't selected anything for the 4th level ability score or feat.
Oh wait, I think I figured it out. I had manually added sentinel under manage feats when I first added this character a couple months ago, and now that we're restarting the next arc I was leveling up and noticed the missing feat option. It was missing because I already had it.

I was about to guess that after reading last comment, but I was way late to the party. The drop-downs automatically omit anything you already have.

Thanks!
Here's a shitty image that might help.
