Have a character in my campaign that's 6 Rogue/Swashbuckler 2 Artificer, and the Swashbuckler subclass perks aren't showing up on the character sheet after taking the multiclass in Artificery.
I am unable to reproduce this behavior. Can you specify where on the sheet you are expecting to see the subclass perks that are not showing up? And post the URL of the character.
