I'm confused. Are you saying the cost is showing $74.88, you have applied a discount code and this has brought the price down to $1.99? That seems unlikely as no valid discount code offers that but I don't know how else to interpret what you are saying.
Can you please rephrase the issue? Maybe include screenshots if able?

They are referring to the SOURCEBOOKTHANKS ($75 off the Sourcebook Bundle)
I am guessing it is a result of the price going negative / to zero. You will probably need to contact the support team.
That's a seriously big discount. Where was that code when I was buying my bundle. T_T
My mistake, just never thought they'd give such a large discount.

I have the same issue and it just giving me errors when I try to check out. I already sent a ticket their way, it's just, being in Asia means they're beyond business hours. So I'm waiting for a reply :v
I'm not sure if the BOOKTHANKS code is meant to apply to the Sapphire Dragon statblock purchase, but I did encounter a similar issue trying to do so... D&D Beyond seemed to let the code be applied to the purchase (showing that $5 was subtracted from the cost). But the price of the sapphire dragon statblock itself is $1.99, and D&D Beyond still showed the total cost as $1.99...
Reaching out to the support team is definitely the correct approach, as they have the experience and the tools to be able to help you. 🙂
I did, thanks!
For others: This was the "before tax" price. I'm guessing the shopping cart's defult function is if a cart come out to a negative price, it automatically resets the price to $1.99 to prevent weird discount code stacking errors that make the "cost" of a checkout deeply negative.
