I am trying to create a homebrew creature based on one my DM came up with so I could share it with my party members, and it had similar stats to a Draft Horse, but with more HP, and a claw attack instead of a Hooves attack. So I adjusted some stuff, and made the creature, but for some reason, even though its nothing like a Draft Horse anymore, the site still says it's too similar to share with the community. So then I changed everything about it, and it's STILL saying that its too similar to a draft horse. What's the deal? Is it just me?

Can you post a link to it, a mod will be able to see it. Also, homebrew is automatically shared with players in a campaign with you, even if its private.

Make sure that you also changed the monster's description and click the save button to retrigger the check.

Re: Houligan - My DM is old school and refuses to create a campaign on here, but all the players use this site. I suppose I could make the campaign myself, but I don't want to use up one of my campaign slots just for this little gesture.

I don't think there are limited campaign slots, just limited content sharing slots. You don't need content sharing to share private homebrew.

 Did you give it a description and click save when it was done (clicking save triggers the check).

There are no campaign slots, only character ones. You can have any number of campaigns, even without a subscription.
