Bug: Advantage on all Skills due to Obsidian Flint Dragon Plate

As the title says, after the recent character sheet update (which is great!) I'm getting advantage on all skill checks while having the Obsidian Flint Dragon Plate item equipped.

How was this fixed?

I'm trying to make something that also grants advantage on any ability check made to resist grapple, but I keep running into the same problem.

Can you show me how it is set up in the modifier details? Like this:

You would add multiple Modifiers:

Ohhh, because Acrobatics and Athletics are the only checks used. Thx.

Yup. 

And if you want them to have Advantage instead of a fixed Bonus, you would just use that Modifier instead and skip the “fixed value” field.
