I used a Potion to boost strength, so I added the stat boost via the "Other Modifiers" portion in the sheet and set the bonus back down to 0, but the Attack bonus remained at +12 instead of the +8 that it should be, and if I try to set a different bonus it just adds to the +12 rather than change it.
Try logging out and back in to trigger the server to clear its cache. Then just wait 15ish minutes for everything to catch up to itself and try again. That should fix it.
Your Darkened Edge magic item is adding a bonus to all your attack rolls. It looks like it's setup as Bonus > Melee Attack Rolls > STR Mod + 1. Based on the description, it should be Bonus > Magic > 1.
