We have been getting loads of feedback, and we are so thrilled! All feedback (whether it be that you already love it, or that you think something is lacking) is super helpful!

A way to collapse the multiple records of Magic + X items would be really nice. I realize this has a purpose for linking with the character sheet but i would much rather have a cleaner list to look at and simply have the linked items have the details I'm looking for. As an example, the Magic Weapon +1 might have several "weapon types" listed under it. Now the character sheet might have the ability to change it to a Magic Short Sword +1 so that the user knows what type it is, but the link for detailed information should still show "Magic Weapon +1".
There may also be alternative plans for the homebrew content to add custom text to Magic Weapons so in that case i think a reference to Magic Weapon +1 with the sheet having the ability to add "custom description" as an additional field would be useful.
The short and skinny of this is that the items page feels cluttered and needs to be slimmed down. Also the ability to change results per page on all the lists would be very nice and help with this.
I am looking at this as a prospective DM who will be leading some friends into their first foray of 5ed. I cannot begin to stress enough the level of confusion that ensues when I start discussing magic item "values" with players who have played 3.5 and 4. We often have to break out our old rule books and utilize those as a baseline. I am 42 years old, I don't have the time to sit and research and extrapolate projected gold values for magic items!! If your fan base is already having to utilize previous rule books for magic item pricing baselines, or referring to 3rd party unofficial pricing tables, then wouldn't it be reasonable to present a baseline price referencing pg 135 of the DMG for the items? Sorry for an redundancy or ignorance, it's my second Monday in a row.
And VERY excited about DDB!

When I first clicked through to the item lists, I clicked to show only armor. The default sort was by item name. I attempted to sort by Type, but it did not actually change anything. I was unable to get my list to sort by Type at all.

Part of the problem of pricing magic items is that it's highly subjective and almost entirely based on the campaign setting. The default setting for 5th edition simply states that magic items are not meant to be sold or purchased as they are incredibly rare. That being said, i use this PDF as a baseline. These should only be used if you have a "high magic" campaign where most magic items can be found in stores in bigger cities. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8XAiXpOfz9cMWt1RTBicmpmUDg/view
While I understand that the default 5e setting is "low magic", having a rough pricing guide that is better than the extremely wide price range given in the DMG as an optional rule would be helpful. There are alternate rules and tables for implementing them all over the DMG, so it seems reasonable that a table could be implemented. With a reasonable price range, items could be slid across the scale depending on the campaign. Additionally, the crafting rules in the DMG need a target value of the item being crafted in order to work as described.
I too use the Sane Magic Item Prices list you linked. It's not perfect, but it's a start. Having a pricing guide doesn't mean players get to buy whatever they want, it just provides a helpful tool for a DM for determining the value of the items a party is walking away with.
All that being said, a price field would be great.
I tried to search the Items Listing for several minutes before I realized it was magic items only. To search for mundane items and weapons I had to go to the compendium. Don't know if there is a way to clear that up for the new user: for instance the linked icon in the banner says "items" only, but only once you clicked it and follow the link does it reveal itself to be for magic items only (and I can still search without figuring that out...).

I know what you mean, it does feel cluttered if you want to use it to browse through, but I don't think that's really going to be the main use?
If I want to look up the stats for weapons, I'm likely going to have a clue what I am after and the advanced filter is really good.
I'm thinking I want to see what +1 weapons are available, so click weapons, then +1 on the filter. That gives me 4 pages of weapons, but I already know I am looking for something that isn't JUST a straight +1 weapon. If I just wanted a +1 Longsword, I probably wouldn't even need to look it up, so - I click on rarity and add RARE and VERY RARE.
I'm now down to just one page of items to look at, spot on!
Additional feedback - I am loving the amount of options in the filter!
I imagine it's likely something you've already got on the roadmap, but here's my wishlist anyway:
* Treasure generation for an encounter (as in being able to craft an entire encounter using the tool and have it roll for "loot" (with options to re-roll or manually adjust the loot).
I chose the Artifact button to view only artifacts. Then viewed the Orb of Dragonkind. After reviewing that, I moved to the Potions button. It returned potions, but the Orb of Dragonkind was also in the list.

If you click on the artifact icons across the top again, it deselects it.
This caught me out initially too. Once you know though, it's handy, because you can (for example) search Rod, Staff & Wand at the same time.
While I agree it is a good idea to include the DMG pg135 information for items, the FAQ for DnD beyond says that only the SRD/Basic content will be included in the beta. Hopefully they open this up later.
I like the magic item list mostly though I have some suggestions.
First I find it odd you have used several icons in the monster section but not so much here. A simple icon for things like Attunement, Rarity, and Type could be useful to some, particularly in small screen situations where real estate is a premium. I'd prefer if color coding was limited to such icons like on MTG cards. I have trouble reading the Legendary and Artifact colors on my monitor so name text is blurry to me. Icons you do use are to small to make out easily, scale them so they are the same height as text and then color code them when needed. An alternate search view that listed Item Name followed by Rarity, Type, and Attunement icons would be a decent quick reference option for small form factor devices.
Allow filters for attunement to include things like Class Restrictions and attunement optional.
Allow filtering for Cursed and Sentient items.
Include linking to related mundane equipment for reference
Include lining to related spells for reference
Include options to generate adventure league item certificats
As with monsters a tagging system would be helpful. at minimum favorites would be good but beyond that being able to tag items with who they are suitable for or note items for combos, etc. And of course, the ability for a GM to just ban an item.
For magic weapons and armor the description should include the stats of the mundane item. A +2 bonus to AC or a +1 bonus to attack and damage is not very helpful when I cannot see the base AC or base damage of the item without looking into the Compendium first.
When the goal is to equip your character in the upcoming character creator with items from the item list, that list has to include mundane items as well. Why should I be able to equip a +1 Breastplate, but not a mundane one?
Having to look up mundane items in the rules compendium is not only inefficient, but you end up with a vaguer understanding of what should be the ubiquitous normal equipment compared to the uncommon and rarer magical equipment.
It really hampers the possible resourcefulness a player could otherwise display with the buying and clever use of mundane equipment that was amongst other things one of the strong parts of 3.5 for me.
There's a lot of amazing roleplay and sense of reward from just the description of mundane items, like knowing exactly what you can use a set of mason's tools for compared to a miner's tools and a smith's tools, etc, or knowing the stats of a hemp rope compared to a silk rope, or what exactly do ball bearings do? And this needs to be possible to be quickly looked up so that you don't spend 10 extra minutes reading through rules.
So could you please add mundane items to the items lookup?
I'd love to see what magic items have a race or class requirement like the Holy Avenger or Dwarven Thrower. It is something I want to introduce more often in the campaign but don't know many magic items that have this
Personally, I would love the ability to search in the description of items rather than just their name. The number of filters already are good, but I believe it needs the ability to search descriptions.
Bug: descriptions cut off with an ellipsis. E.g, Adamantite Chain Mail says "Immunity: Critical Hits, Combat, Warding, Str 13 Required, Stealth..." Nowhere can I see that it is Stealth Disadvantage, even when expanded.
Would be helpful to know what the base Armor Class or AC bonus is for a specific Armor item. E.g., Adamantine Plate doesn't tell me what the AC is, just that it has critical hit immunity, str 15 requirement, etc.

On the backend, I understand that's its useful to have a seperate row for each kind of item. For istance:
Armour of Acid Resistance, Chainmail
Armour of Acid Resistance, Scalemail
Armour of Acid Resistance, Padded
But from a browsing perspective, it would be better have to only see
Armour of Acid Resistance, Any armour type
Then, when the item is slotted into a character sheet, they would have to pick a sub-type (Chain, Scale, etc.)
