I'm indifferent on the order of full content vs pic and basic info only and can see where one is slightly more inconvenient than the other depending on the audience.
What I do care passionately about is having both - a view for players and full stats for the DM and more importantly, the ability to customize per user. If I find a better picture of an acolyte than the generic one here, I want to be able to customize it. If I'm adjusting an encounter and want my acolyte to be wearing custom heavy armor and extend battle and possibly lead up to a truce, I want the option of updating their armor class from 10 to 18 and later be able to reference the normal stats of an acolyte later.
Picky and probably out of scope, but hey, I'm asking for more to help quickly reference and run a campaign or encounter and isn't that what this is supposed to ultimately do?
I'm not sure if it's been brought up yet, but I would love to see a "print view" for the monsters. That way, we could print them out before a session and have them on-hand like cards for when/if the encounter pops up. Similar to how the spellcasters have decks of cards for their spells, but for the DM. This would also make organizing them in initiative order nice and easy.
More of an aesthetic issue than any thing else. The small images next to the attributes, is there a legend of these symbols or are they just supposed understood?

Beholder seems to be missing. I believe it was there a couple of weeks ago, but when I went to search for it just now, it wasn't there. Unsurprisingly, it doesn't show up in the alphabetical listing either.

Beholder is not part of the SRD or Basic Rules of 5th edition, so it is not here for the beta test. It has never been here.
So far, I've noted two things that could seriously improve the fluidity of the app (and fluidity is, as we all know, extremely important while you're DMing) :
- The filters should apply automatically. Having to click on a button to apply them doesnt make a lot of sense.
- Please allow unlimited or at least very large lists. Having to flip through pages of results is extremely inefficient.

It is supposed to be understood, I think.
In any case:
Bull - Strength
Cat - Dexterity
Bear - Constitution
Fox - Intelligence
Owl - Wisdom
Eagle - Charisma
These correspond to the designations from the enhance ability spell, which gives the ability improvement names like "Bulls Strength" or "Fox's Cunning". Incidentally, these were distinct spells in the 3rd edition era.

Some of them (well, at least cat's grace; not sure about the others except that it was just "strength" for the strength-boosting spell) actually came around prior to 3rd edition, though that is the edition in which each ability score having its own booster spell with an animal-themed name was put in the core rule-book.
"All of the remaining published content from the PHB, DMG, MM and other D&D 5th edition books will be added to D&D Beyond for product release - the cost for accessing this material has not yet been announced."
I hope someone who owns a physical copy of the books will be allowed access without having to pay additionnal fees (other than the DND Beyond basic fees)

Missing entry for Gold Dragon Wyrmling. Have all the others.
Water Weirds seem to be missing. They are in the Monster Manual.
The beta is only SRD and basic rules
Oh its from the SRD. With the large number of monsters, I just assumed it was the MM.

The Gold Dragon Wyrmling Speed is missing.

I believe that it has been brought up. I found the thread for printables for spells & items but not for monsters:
http://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/beta-testing-feedback/868-feature-request-printable-cards-for-items-and-or
I'll second the motion of printables for monsters (both full description and summary pic/stats) as well though.

I cannot find where the size of the creature is listed.
