I like the D&D Beyond app but I find the spell section confusing as they list your spells that are prepared but they also add them to other spell levels as if you heightened the spell.
So Cure Wounds is listed as a 1st level spell, but also as a 2nd and 3rd and 4th. Perhaps it's just me though.

Well, that's because those are options to do. you can always upcast. Funny thing is... you can turn that off by going into Preferences on the sheet

Trying to get your physical content on Beyond is like going to Microsoft and saying "I have a physical Playstation disk, give me a digital Xbox version!"
Any future in making an option to add scrolls with the appropriate spell attached in the equipment, also showing up in spells?
As I understand that might be on their to-do list. How has my homebrew scrolls trick been working for you?
Not going to lie, it worked but I am being lazy...I wrote this request because my character found a spell-book but the DM said I could pick 6-2nd level scrolls...but I am glad you replied...I am terrible at saving links but will this time...if you wouldn't mind sharing it again, it was awesome to use...thanks!
I'm getting quite the large collection of homebrew items. We can sort/filter by type, but it would be great to be able to further sort them.
Even something like a custom tag would suffice (but grouping/folders would be ideal). I can assign an "NPC" tag to things, but I would be able to add something like "Curse of Strahd" and "Vallaki" to quickly narrow it down to the group that I want to see.
i'd like a filter for words in the action and trait section as well. sometimes i just want to search for gaze attacks or bite attacks or tail attacks. and get creatures with such things. a simple search of words would be , i think, quite easy to pull really. just a textbox and then a search done in the action section of the monster. right now, if i wanna see every creatures who can petrify a creature, i have to know them by heart or search through hundreds of monsters to find them out. sometimes i'd like to search for monsters with reactions, yet i have to search hundreds of monsters one by one until i find the ones i want.
it would definitely streamline the process if we could search the action/reaction/trait section.

Based on my search, this seems to have been mentioned a handful of times before but doesn't go very far. Considering that Vehicles already exist in a format almost identical to Monsters, it seems like low-hanging fruit to bump them up into full support (DMs can actually put them into Encounter Builder, we can homebrew them, etc) Especially with the release of Descent Into Avernus, this is a badly needed quality of life improvement that might be easier than some other asks. Though perhaps it is planned as part of a larger overhaul for inventory in general?
It looks like somebody else did request this 7 months ago in the official polling system, but since that format is so bloated with redundant/completed requests, I'm not surprised that this particular item failed to be noticed. I upvoted and added a comment to hopefully drum up some visibility, perhaps other folks could do the same.
dm over settings like the gm gets to control settings for milestones feats starting settings basically or what isnt allowed ie firearms stuff like that like how you do languages fe i do languages by intel mod and slight rule modifcations
Like all ddb features, you guys do really well! I'd like to see more filters for homebrew collection or ability to structure homebrews into folders or smth like this
There is such a wealth of amazing monster art in past editions. Wouldn't it be cool if we could tap into that and have a little gallery for some monsters? It could contain variant/optional depictions from previous editions, or even other depictions from 5e. An example of this is below. I know its far fetched because, licenses, but wouldn't that be cool?

Oh derp lol. Then, I eagerly anticipate the feature.

Full Vehicle support!

I'd like the ability to create languages in the character builder.
Please check out my homebrew, I would appreciate feedback:
Spells, Monsters, Subclasses, Races, Arcknight Class, Occultist Class, World, Enigmatic Esoterica forms
feature idea
dm over settings
like the gm gets to control settings for milestones
feats
starting settings basically or what isnt allowed ie firearms
stuff like that

I want ability to create homebrew vehicles.
Is it just me, or when you hit the underline button, does it go away as soon as you post your reply? Example:
THIS SHOULD BE UNDERLINED!
Please check out my homebrew, I would appreciate feedback:
Spells, Monsters, Subclasses, Races, Arcknight Class, Occultist Class, World, Enigmatic Esoterica forms
Maybe it’s just you?
Nope, not just you.
The <span></span> Underlining code does not work, but <u></u> still works.

Wait, that looks underlined to me? Is it for you?
Does this look underlined to you? This doesn't to me?
Strangely it does in the editor, but not when I post it.
Please check out my homebrew, I would appreciate feedback:
Spells, Monsters, Subclasses, Races, Arcknight Class, Occultist Class, World, Enigmatic Esoterica forms
At the top of the editor, hit the button with this symbol: </>
That will show you the html code for your posts. The <span></span> Underlining code (for web) does not work, but <u></u> code (for txt) still works.
