I believe it would be really nice if you were able to sort characters into folders or something similar. I often use the character creator to create my more noteworthy npc:s and I would love to be able to sort them under My Characters. Don't know if this has been asked before, if so I apologize :)
The ability as a DM to block player homebrew in preference to that approved by the DM or purely DM homebrew would be ideal to add as a major QOL improvement
Three of the topmost requested features of all time in a row, and just about in order too. (And it’s only been 3 years, 98 pages, and 2033 posts.)

This thread was started 3 years ago, there are 98 pages and have been 2034 2035 posts in this thread. This thread is so used it’s darned near threadbare, and three of the most requested features of all time are still being requested…. 😶
Keep track?!? Eff no I don’t keep track. Every post is dated and numbered, and the thread pages are numbered too. This is page 98 99, your post is #2036 in this thread, and the first post was by BadEye on Dec 28th, 2018. I don’t have to track anything.
The marketplace needs to better indicate which things I already own and which things I don't own yet. If I look at a list of all of the books, I have to click each one to see if I own it. Alternately, the list of things that I already own is buried, and not linked to the actual content.
The Marketplace pages have filters to hide the books that you already own... or is this not what you're looking for?

I see this today, but it wasn't there when I was shopping the other day, so maybe it's new? I see it on some pages and not others, and it's already set to not show things that I own, even though I never set it, so perhaps I just didn't notice that it's been there for a long time and they just changed the default setting to behave the way I want. Anyway, thanks devs, it's working much better now!
Tasha's expanded class spells need to be added to the Ritual Caster feats.
No they don't, as they are an optional feature that adds those spells to a class list, per character. They have not been added to the class spell lists.
A toggle similar to the origin options (or other any other) toggles then would seem appropriate.
Even just adding them without the toggle would make more sense to me (temporarily until they have a better solution). Having to create homebrew versions of the spell to get them on your character sheet instead takes much more effort then a DM just saying you can't use Tasha's. It's a poor work around.
People in other games (that might not allow Tasha's) will inevitably get confused if they can add the spell in your homebrew anyway (Yes, I know the official content doesn't have version and we try our best to label things homebrew). Although, this could also be reduced with more granular control of what gets shared in your homebrew collection/other content.

Such a toggle would not reflect the rules accurately, something D&D Beyond strives to do.
Per the rules of Tasha's spells, they are added to a given spell list as a class feature, not as a the feature of the spells or the spell list itself. As such, they do not appear on spell lists within features outside a given class.
If you wish for them to permanently appear on a given spell list, you can make homebrew copies and add the appropriate class.

You've permanently added these spells to the spell list although optional at the campaign level: Tasha's Spells
Doesn't seem very rules as written. A toggle would solve that but like I said I'm ok with a DM just being able to say no in this sort of case as it's the lesser of two headaches. Other campaign level toggles seem to be on the character sheet so maybe that's an appropriate place for it too.
With regards to ritual caster (and other feats like it), as an example how do I add to Augury to my Wizard, Rary's Telepathic Bond to my Bard, Divination to my Druid, or Color spray through magic initiate on my Bard etc. that has the Tasha's optional feature and has taken ritual caster/magic initiate (of their own class) through the actual feat?
Maybe I'm missing something and this is possible but they don't seem to appear as selectable on my characters.
If not perhaps linking the feats into the toggles for optional class features (or other toggle) might solve that. My solution was making homebrew - but again I don't like having to do that as it screws with other games or I have to manage whether it's in my collection constantly - so I made a suggestion. If you're saying it's not optimal to take ritual caster on a wizard, or just add it to the wizards spell book (what about the bard or druid examples) that has nothing to do with RAW.
These both seem like they aren't implemented as written properly but if the staff at DNDBeyond disagrees on the RAW - well obviously it won't change.
As an aside, even if it's not your intention, it comes off as rude to suggest something I specifically mentioned I knew was available but dislike doing. It screams you didn't read the full post and is super off putting from a mod/staff member. Sometimes it's about reading into what we are asking for and coming up with a viable alternative (that isn't what we specifically said we don't want or even want) and not refuting/shutting down the suggestion entirely. If you aren't sure ask for more specifics on what we are asking for. This is a post asking for feedback/requests after all.
Something that has bothered me for a bit. When picking Fighting Styles it seems the option " Superior Technique" doesn't give me the option to select a fighting style to choose. Through even being a Battle Master Fighter, does give me the option to select any addition Techniques then the usual ones I would have originally. I have made a note of my fighting choice though the ability to have the style listed on my character sheet. Even if it's listed in with the other techniques of being a battle master or as the fighting style. Just hoping to pick a technique to add to the list.

Fighting Style - Superior Technique. Not functional. We don't currently have a sensible way of implementing the selection of maneuvers that wouldn't cause characters to become broken in the future. We're working on a solution for this known issue.

Is there any way for us to get character folders for our character management page. Maybe organized in to class, ex I might have a fighter folder and a sorcerer folder?
Is there a way to potentially hide people's character's in Campaigns? The idea would basically be that the character sheet would be innacessible to anyone but the DM and the player, and on the Campaign page itself it would just show their player name and nothing else.

Campaign view for PC browser users would be great. I've had to create my own Excel based Party Tracker, but I would rather use a dndbeyond designed tool. Why would anyone want to use a 5.5in screen if they have the option to use a much larger screen?

Heya,
Is there a way to potentially hide people's character's in Campaigns? The idea would basically be that the character sheet would be innacessible to anyone but the DM and the player, and on the Campaign page itself it would just show their player name and nothing else.
The ability to customize spell slots and attunement slots on the character sheet.
I've not found a way round customize spell slots, but you can customize attunement slots with magic items.
So up vote from me for this one :-)
The lack of the ability to create homebrew classes is literally the one and only thing stopping me from spending 900 bucks on this site.
I want it so bad. Please. I am desperate.
Honestly I agree we can hombrew almost everyting else I don't understand why a class isn't yet been implemented I defiantly agree should be a feature.
