I request a small change to the Toll the Dead spell. As it is not a spell that can crit, since it doesn't involve an attack roll, maybe change the right click menu for that spell to swap the die type between d8 and d12.
I run almost exclusively online games and one thing I am running into is a need for a true virtual tabletop. Primarily maps/battle maps. I've tried a few solutions, but what I don't want is to have my players have to sign into a bunch of different services. Between DnD Beyond and discord I am getting most of what I need, but the mapping is really bugging me. Maps and VTT need to either be added to dndbeyond.com (I know, super ambitious) or have it integrate with a VTT service. You all have done a great job with the additions I've seen added, like the encounter builder and virtual dice rolling. This would just knock it out of the park.
Please, for the love of all DMs out there who have dozens of characters on this site, please add folders to separate them into. Heroforge did it and I can't begin to describe my relief, if you guys ever do it, I will see the light. Jokes aside, it'd be highly useful for any DM or even just any player who likes making builds. I don't know how much time I waste every time I go looking for specific characters. The sorting filters just aren't enough when you have 50+ builds made. Please add this.
I'm sure this has been requested already, but on the off chance it hasn't: The option to create folders for built characters.
I currently have 85 characters, however half of them are either NPCs for campaigns I'm DMing, or just What If versions of my PCs at higher levels. So being able to organize them by the intent of their creation would make things a lot cleaner (not to mention it also gives me a way to hide certain NPCs from my players if they happen to see my character list)
You can have my vote. I would love containers for characters. As a DM I have character sheets for heaps of NPC's and having some way to organise them into folders and subfolders would be super helpful.
I'd like to be able to copy Homebrew creations to use as the basis of my own. There are a lot of creative homebrew items and feats that I'd like to adopt/adapt, because otherwise I have to try to re-invent the wheel, so to speak. If I could see how other homebrewers do their thing, it would be a lot easier.
For the printed/exported PDF character sheet, it would be nice to have one with less decoration to allow for a larger print version for us older players...lol.

The exported PDF uses the official character sheet as designed by Wizards of the Coast. PDFs can be configured to print one page over multiple sheets though.

That explains why it's such a terrible fit for the site.
They really should petition to be able to create and use their own sheet, one that's error-free and actually allows the data--which is printed in full from multiple sources, not hand-written as three-word phrases next to book references--to be organized and displayed in a much better form.

Is DnDBeyond not allowed to create their own exportable sheet? I think of all the requests creating an easier to read PDF has to be pretty straight forward.

They might be able to, I don't know; I suppose the mods will confirm if they feel like it (and are able.)
But reading between the lines on a lot of mod responses, it seems they're pretty restricted on doing anything the diverges even the tiniest bit from official WotC material/methods/rules. Knowing that, and seeing the issues that sometimes occur with the printable character sheet (and realizing they could probably avoid much of that if they did their own PDF,) it makes sense to me that they'd not be allowed to create their own.
If they can, and just haven't... well... no comment on that.

With the effort they are putting in to being inclusive it is disappointing to see this casual ageism. Adding to this is there are also younger players who due to other challenges could struggle with the overly small print of the only exportable PDF character sheet.
Can you add the ability to make common items that are not magic in the homebrew creator?
Also, Every once in a while, you should add more customization options for the character sheet for players that are not subscribed, like two or three options every two to three months.

About to suggest the same thing! I really like keeping things organized and my character page has become way too busy. Even if you could favorite characters and then filter so the favorites show up first that would be amazing.

Or let us drag them up or down, or sort by latest activity.
Ok so i play a lot of games where we use and create homebrew but its usually up to me to bring it to life. I'd appreciate help with more optimized tools. In particular i would appreciate the ability to make and eventually hopefully brows for homebrew optional and addishhinal core class features instead off having to add this ability to all sub classes manually.
Is there a way that positive conditions can be built into the rolling feature as well? This would mean building in favourable conditions like blessed or enlarge. I feel like these would be used more oft then unfavourable conditions or at least as frequently.

As someone who makes a lot of Characters (dont think i'm alone)
Could we have a remove all on Inventory please?

It pronounced Den Sake. It is not Japanese.
Website character sheet not working fix (Hopefully)
Semi-Expert at homebrew, just ask for my help.
A system for homebrew options like Eldritch Invocations, Artificer infusions, Fighting styles and so on would be nice.

Edit: It does allow sorting by Last Modified.
Yeah, or if not separate categories then maybe a filter by race, class, etc.
You can do that by typing the name of the race or class into the search bar on your characters page instead of the character’s name.
