I'm building the second level of my warlock character and I added the "Book of ancient secrets"
You can now inscribe magical rituals in your Book of Shadows. Choose two 1st-level spells that have the ritual tag from any class’s spell list (the two needn’t be from the same list). The spells appear in the book and don’t count against the number of spells you know. With your Book of Shadows in hand, you can cast the chosen spells as rituals. You can’t cast the spells except as rituals, unless you’ve learned them by some other means. You can also cast a warlock spell you know as a ritual if it has the ritual tag.
By activating this feature I expect to be able to automatically add two ritual spells from other class to my spell tab but in the section I can only choose those of the warlock spell list
is it a normal situation? is possible to consider the feature book of ancient secrets enabled and add the other spell to the choice?

Thank you
Wait, doesn't the Book of Ancient Secrets invocation have the Pact of the Tome as a prerequisite?

Searched and didn't find anything. I would like to be able to use link (I guess formatting?) In the fields on the character sheet. I was trying to link beast forms on the notes section of my sheet.
Would love to have a option where it would print out all spells known or in spellbook instead of just what you have prepared. just put a check or fill the dot to side to ones that are prepared.

Agreed, and related to this, the character sheet Notes section needs more user options/power for the writers/shorthanders/summarizers/linkers in many of us :) Thank you!
In this season of Adventurer's League, players may choose Chultan as an option (if their character is from Chult).
It would be nice to allow the "Variant Human Languages" rule, but, also, many other campaign settings have various regional or exotic languages. Therefore, it'd be nice to have a write-in option in addition to the pick list.

We will allow for this with the upcoming character sheet revamp.

By the same token, will you be adding the other human languages outlined in the SCAG? They too are options in DDAL (and just in general).

Does that mean that homebrew languages will be coming down the pipe, too? I'd be fine with just a "Custom/Other" option that allowed (multiple) free form entrees.
Also, is Chultan getting added to the standard list of languages? If so, is there a way I can hide the Realms/AL content, globally? I don't use the setting and being forced to deal with it would be like fingernails on a chalkboard. (No, one language isn't a big deal. I'm just concerned with "death by 1,000 papercuts" on this one.)
I'd love to be able to set up folders for different character sheets. One for NPCs, one for PCs, and one for my characters for other campaigns. Something to keep them better organized.

Would love to move the unarmed strike from top of the Attacks window to the bottom. It's nice to have but will rarely be used I think.
I'll see this feature request and raise the ability to customize the entire order of Attacks. That way the player can put the one that they will use most often at the top, and arrange it as they see fit.
BadEye how is the character creator and character sheet revamp going ? in the video of the 22th of september you said about 2-3 weeks so far you think its possible to have it done by the end of this week ? i dont want a confirmation just yes everything going well we fix a lots of stuff and its very possible we got it done by end of the week but we never know if something will get wrong till then ... that will satisfy me ;)

I can't assign my cleric the knowledge domain, the only one available is Life. Any advice?
D&D Beyond can be used for free and contains information from the following "free to use" sources published by Wizards of the Coast: D&D 5th edition SRD, D&D 5th edition Basic Rules, and Elemental Evil Companion.
Content from other sources, such as the Player's Handbook, Dungeon Master's Guide, or Monster Manual, will need to be purchased from the Marketplace or accessed via another user sharing content with you via their Master Tier Subscription.
The point, though, is that you get Pact of the Tome at 3rd level, so it shouldn’t even be letting you pick Book of Ancient Secrets at 2nd level.
