I too would like to know when / if they'll be made available. Also I think some special features were added for the character sheet. Any chance those will be made available at a later date? Even for purchase?
Not sure about the above info, but I had to homebrew all of the feats into my collection for my campaign so my people could use them if they ever needed/wanted to.

I was unaware that there were feats not included in regularly buying Xanathar's. Is there a listing of what they were anywhere?
The DDB staff created feats for non-PHB races, and offered them as a pre-order bonus for Xanathar's. All the official feats in Xanathar's are available to anyone who buys it, regardless of whether they pre-ordered or not; only the unofficial DDB/Curse created feats were specific to preorders. The general impression was that eventually they would be available to everyone.
you're correct - the pre-order feats ARE still locked and only available to those who preordered Xanathar's.
I've checked with Badeye and the intention is for that "exclusive period" to be 6 months, so these racial feats should be unlocked and available to everyone with a subscription sometime next month.

I can't find the post but I thought these were in the homebrew feats section. If I search there for author badeye and tag of racial feat I find 19.
