I'm interested in seeing what most people like to play, and whether that is supported by resources on DMs' Guild.
EDIT: I should have been more clear in my original post based on the number of people saying "homebrew" or "You forgot X". I am only wanting to see what people like to play from the currently available official WotC 5e campaign settings. I'm sorry that wasn't more apparent.
I am asking this question to get a feel for how well these campaign settings are supported by content on the DM's Guild website.
"Orcs are savage raiders and pillagers with stooped postures, low foreheads, and piggish faces with prominent lower canines that resemble tusks." MM p245 (original printing) You don't OWN your books on DDB: WotC can change them any time. What do you think will happen when OneD&D comes out?
Planescape or planar settings in general. Which isn't an option on the poll incidentally.
I like having my romps in heaven and hell, and having conversations with the gods in person.
Sorry, I should have specified in the poll I was only including options that are currently available from WotC for 5e.

I am not super fond of combining things like "Forgotten Realms/Generic Fantasy" and "Ravenloft/Horror" into the same poll... and certainly not "[Forgotten Realms]/Ravnica/Urban" all being lumped together in the same response.
Without actually submitting a vote since I do not approve of the methodology and do not wish my vote to be inadvertently ascribed to FR, my preference is a homebrew fantasy realm with a diverse set of environments and cultures to explore. A good world is going to take elements of sword and sorcery, combine it with dark forests, sprawling cities, small hamlets, etc. and create something that feels less like "the generic fantasy world" and more like a living, breathing, and believable world that seems to organically grow out of itself.
Mine! It's called Varrelian, a realm on the North East coast of the Western continents of the world Anaki. And you're right to think my players don't care. lol
Normally most of my games take place in homebrew settinigs. But of WotC's official ones; Eberron, Ravenloft, and even Ravnica are favourites. I've always liked "Weird fantasy", "Gothic horror" and "Urban fantasy/steampunk" settings more than "conventional" Tolkien-esque fantasy settings. But that's obviously a matter of personal preference in large part.
I understand that we are talking about 5e. In that case, considering that what I have played the most is in FR, it is probably the most logical thing to vote for that option. As a DM I always set my games in my own settings. In any case, each setting has its good things and its bad things. I would also not say that I prefer one over the other, since what really matters is what you do with it. One DM might design a horrible campaign in Eberron, while another might design a wonderful one in Greyhawk (to take two examples).
Well, you only listed 5th edition settings. And missed some of the biggest ones that are played in home games even now.
Dark Sun IMO one of the best settings, and most of the rules are back in 5th now. Once Dragonlance is out, I'm sure They'll be doing a Dark Sun adventure.
Well out of the options provided I really enjoyed Ravenloft.
That said, I'm a sucker for the "sword and sandal" sort of setting, like the old Conan the Barbarian comics/movies. With that in mind, I'd definitely have to pick the Darksun setting. Being primarily a wizard player I absolutely fell in love with the defiler/preserver mechanic.
Plus it has rules for literally transforming into a dragon (evil) or a giant glowing butterfly man (good) which is always a plus in my book! Admitably, it's kind of the thing that only works if balance is less of a concern (unlike more modern versions of DnD) but it's so much cooler of a goal than the usual epic stuff.
Wish wizards would do a reboot tbh but if you homebrew well you can always check out the old books and just pull in the content yourself.

It's more about the mood and the GM for me then the actual setting itself.
Guess I'll go generic.
Homebrew. Always and forever.
None of the above. I like Homebrewed settings and the not currently supported Mystara setting.

Dragonlance, Dark sun,(the best ever). and planescape.

Oh, yeah, I forgot to list Dark Sun. 🤦♂️Been too long since I played there I guess.

I would be shocked if we got darksun back in the foreseeable future; the propensity for slavery, genocide and cannibalism kind of precludes it.
Which is a shame because their really is nothing out there quite like it.
