Approx 2-3 new class options for all classes (except Wizard gets 1) New Traps and guidelines for creation New downtime rules Basically the Unearthed Arcana release :D
So based on the info we have I made a list of the subclasses I expect to make the cut! I did less than 30 because they said "more than 25" and if they had 30 or more they would have just said "more than 30."
The new book looks nice (I'm more partial to the normal looking cover), but I'm still waiting on a modern D&D release, too. I never really watch their streams and only follow a couple of those guys on Twitter. Have any of them made reference to other upcoming releases?
I would rather have Lore Master for wizard, but even if they don't I would adopt the UA anyway
Lore Master is the least likely of the UA Wizard stuff I think. When they did the revised Wizard subclasses they scrapped Lore Master in favor of War Magic, which tells me people were mostly negative about it. Theurgy however made it into the revision which to me means it was mostly positive in feedback, which is why I guessed it would be the one.

So these subclasses are most likely to be featured among the chosen UA subclasses, since the UA itself cites them as being among the most popular.
All classes will have some new archetypes (3), except for the wizard.

She/Her College Student Player and Dungeon Master
Many possible reasons it woukdnt be included. However maybe he is wrong and they will be.
Yeah, it is all speculation at this point really, but it is fun
She/Her College Student Player and Dungeon Master
I wonder if they'll print the whole new ranger class in that book? Or just add new archetypes?
As long as hexblade warlock makes the cut I'll be happy.
I am a big fan of the Hexblade and the College of Swords. I want the Kensei, but I would like it to be better.
BTW, this needs to become a yearly Convention up in Seattle

All of the focus for the stream has been on Chult.
But...
Trevor did give a spoiler for the next project - Beyond Chult.

The only thing I could come up with was Even-2-one or Eberron. But it could be anything, really!

So, we've got (in order of my recollection):
1. Tomb of Annihilation
2. Xanathar's Guide to Everything
3. Integration between Twitch and DnDBeyond
4. Integration between adventure content and roll20
5. Betrayal at Baldur's Gate
6. Neverwinter Online: Tomb of Annihilation
7. Some hint involving pink dice?
... Did I miss anything? I was doing housework throughout the stream and missed the end to watch a movie.
