This comes up a lot. The short answer is no, but there are a lot of codes that can make it cheaper. If your in a campaign and someone has content sharing then you'd have access to that content.
All the "rules" from PHB are in the Basic Rules. The PHB has a few extra things to be helpful and has additional subclasses, feats, etc.
If there are subclass options, feats, spells and such that are in the PHB but not part of the free basic rules you can use the Homebrew tools to recreate them for personal use for free. If you use the Campaign feature on D&D beyond then your homebrew is automatically shared with everyone in that campaign, without needing content sharing to be enabled or needing any subscriptions. Obviously you cannot share it with the public, but you are free to recreate for private use and share in your campaign. This will let you use the PHB options for free.
Alternatively, if you do not want to homebrew them you can buy the specific options from the Marketplace piecemeal : you can buy the individual spell or feat, or buy a "Spells" bundle or "Feats" bundle, etc. Whatever you pay is discounted off the price of the main book should you decide to want to go fully digital.

Basically, you still need to pay D&D Beyond for all the time they spent digitizing the PHB's content, making it searchable, putting the cross-links and tooltips in, and creating the online character sheet and character builder tools (and everything else) to make it functional and easy-to-use.
So i have a Physical copy, and i can prove it with discord or something, is there a way i can like. not need to buy it twice for the site? lol

This gets asked a lot.
No, having the physical books does not mean you can get the D&D Beyond versions for free.
D&D Beyond is a different company than Wizards, which still has to pay a licensing fee for the books.

You can use the homebrew tools to add character options manually as needed.
