A 2-year campaign just ended and my PC died at the final, climactic battle. At the end of the epilogue, the PC has been dead for about 150 years, buried in the dirt somewhere in the Material Plane. What are some creative ways to bring this PC back to life that you've heard of? I've only come up with two solutions and they're both spells:
True Resurrection spell - This is probably the best answer. I stated that my PC has been dead for less than two centuries, but what if the PC has been dead for longer than two centuries?
The Wish Spell - This would do the trick but it would also depend on the GM how the PC would be brought back. There's certainly all kinds of room for GM trickery to make it so that while the PC is now alive again, they are not the same person they once were in some way.
A future technology or spell could allow someone who uncovers the body to recover the PC's soul, possibly putting them into a new body or repairing the old body and putting them into that.

It's kind of a shame reincarnate doesn't have a version that can be applied to a being dead beyond the 10 day timeframe.
Also, while not canonical yet, you should check out the "Reborn" UA.
I don't know if this plays into or conflicts with any official D&D metaphysics, but if the group's all interested I'm game to run "what ifs" that postulate different branching timelines characters could have gone on instead of what happened in the campaign (I keep copies of character sheets prior to current milestone achievements) ... this sometimes leads to PCs meeting bizarro universe versions of themselves who developed very differently.
These are all very good ideas, thanks folks! Although I don't have plans on trying to play this PC again any time soon, it's good to know that the GM I'll be working with has options for finding ways to bring her back for another adventure (along with the other PCs who died).
Ah, the magic of Plot. The DM is not restricted by spells on a list or recommendations in official material. Any way they can imagine it happening is valid.
As bio said, deity resurrecting them to be their champion or whatnot is a highly probable cause of their rebirth. Of course, there are powerful beings that aren't gods who could possibly bring them back (liches, fey monarchs, and powerful angels to name a few).
Personally, the Reborn Unearthed Arcana seems like a smart idea. Everyone knows that they are in the presence of a great hero, except the hero themself. It's a great excuse to restart at a lower level and would have some epic role-playing elements.

3. A deity could do it.
WOTC lies. We know that WOTC lies. WOTC knows that we know that WOTC lies. We know that WOTC knows that we know that WOTC lies. And still they lie.
Because of the above (a paraphrase from Orwell) I no longer post to the forums -- PM me if you need help or anything.

Just make them a Revenant. They won't be "alive" for long, but it's a fun way to bring dead people back.

Another way to do this is to have their soul find a way back to the material plane, at which point they'd re-inhabit their body.
