You decide to go back to the Cockatrice Roost (I thought this would be a good place, if someone wants to rest somewheres else, just say so) to spend an hour and 10 minute rest so that Eiren can call up Qu'oth (I don't think you would get any benefits from the rest if you are casting a ritual spell see spoiler below. Comments?)
Short Rest

Qu’oth reappears out of the smoke and ashes, materializing with a flurry of feathers and cawing indignantly at how long it had taken Eiren to summon him back from the Shadowfell.
Eiren and Corvin lead the party back to where you fought the trolls and fires, and then leads you into the cavern to the north. To get into the cavern you have to move through a clump of trees, but you don't seem to suffer any ill effects. Eiren you can make a Int check DC 15.
Once you clear the trees you can see that you are in a smallish cavern. A pool in this cavern glows with pale gray light. You don't see any creatures for the moment, and to the north of the cavern there is another opening that looks like it leads to a new cavern.
(2/2 spells. Warlock recharges after a short rest.)
0/2 = zero out of two has been used. Your way of reading it actually makes more sense, but I don't want to change it since that is how I have been doing it all this time.
