Velmine: I need to know which target you are attacking and which square you end your turn in (you have to move within 20 feet to keep advantage on a thrown dagger to keep that Sneak attack damage), before Tallis acts.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(I know, it's just one of those times I didn't have the chance to respond...)
Velmine goes to G18 and attacks H1, (unless that isn't possible, or doesn't help keeping the advantage, in which case, I can let the DM choose.) Velmine still had the chance of taking a Dash as a bonus action due to Cunning Action, so I doubt there isn't a place she could stand that would let her keep the advantage and Sneak Attack.
And also, here goes the Initiative:9

Velmine moves to where she can easily throw her dagger at the closest Hook Horror and makes a stunning throw which catches the monster in the throat killing it instantly. It falls to the ground dead.
Seeing his prey vanquished Tallis switches to the other target and shoots three arrows at it. Two hit home.
Eiren utters a guttural spell and clenches his outstretched fist, and a ghostly, skeletal hand appears under the remaining hook horror, grasping at it. Wasting no time, he draws the same hand back and fires a quick arrow into the same monster.
Xavier casts a fire spell at the remaining Hook Horror and Eiren follows it up with a Ice spell. The poor creature is overwhelmed by the two conflicting senses and falls dead to the ground.
Eiren you didn't need to fire the bow.
Tallis I still need Initiative and the party is still in initiative.
"Wow, we've destroyed those things before they had any chance to anything, really... But I guess some fights just are this way, right?" Already believing the battle was over, Velmine heads toward the dead body of the enemy which received the deadly dagger she just threw and asks the goat to follow her.
There, she starts the process of retrieving her dagger which was already deep inside the creature's throat, which means it could take a bit of time.
Tallis I still need Initiative and the party is still in initiative.

You hear two bellows of pain and outrage and they you see a Hook Horror charge towards the party coming to a helt in front of Eiran and Corvin.
You see a second Hook Horror move to the nest pick something up and move towards the black gate.
Map edit: H3 should be in the GH column instead of the HI column 10 feet from Corvin and Eiren
Back to the party.
Velmine at the start of your turn make a free Str. Check DC 11. If you make it you can retrieve your dagger as a free action, if you don't it will be a regular action (or you can abandon it for later).
Tallis will spend the forst round following the retreating hook horror. His bow will shift and shrink (pact weapon changing to short sword) as he draws his mundane short sword.
