Abe takes aim from afar and shoots six rapid arrows at Mumed. The bald man raises his shield in time to block five of them (Mumed takes 19 magical piercing damage).
Milo takes advantage of Barney's temporary distraction with the floating Animated Bolts, and attempts to strike with his fancy dagger:
The bolt hits a vital mechanism within the construct, bringing his gears to a halt (Barney takes 52 magical piercing damage and is DEFEATED).
Free from those who were surrounding him, Milo moves to {BY29}.
Edit: Milo's WIS saving throws {DC 18} to bypass Sanctuary for the two attacks above: 15 and 15
-> Milo will use his Inspiration die on that first save: 8 - total = 18 -> both attacks go through.
Instead, first he will use the Lucky feature of halflings to re-roll that Nat1 on the first WIS save above: 27 -> both attacks go through and Milo gets to keep his Inspiration die.
(Nox & Hound are up next. Please note that the Hound is still frightened of Tupoc.)
Sparkle of Ill Omen move to BX-31 and launches at Sparklegem.(disadvantage from frightened Bite: Melee Weapon Attack: 9 Damage: 9piercing damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Nox move to CD-12 and summon another hound(-3SP) behind Mummed (CB-33) Mumed of Ill Omen attack at Mumed. Bite: Melee Weapon Attack: 9 Damage: 8piercing damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
She launches a fireball at CA-28, CB-29 it barely reaches 4 of the enemies(Xavier, Milo, Sparklegem, Mumed) + a bolt at CD-26 if it din't move, while leaving her hounds and Graxx just out range of the fire. Fireball Dex save DC:19 34 fire damage on fail, 17 half on succes +17 Necrotic damage on Mummed from Necrotic shroud. Both Mumed and Sparklegem has disadvantage from my spells because of the hounds.
The original hound does not get a chance to pounce at the gnome, as Milo's dagger forces it back into the shadows (Sparkle-Hound takes 44 magical piercing damage and is DEFEATED).
Luckily, Nox immediately produces a substitute hound. It appears behind Mumed and attempts to bite him, though the slender man interjects the creature of darkness with his tall, candle-wax laden tower shield.
Not yet done, Nox launches a Fireball. DEX saving throws {DC 19} all around:
Graxx: auto-fail due to being unconscious -> this counts as a DEATH saving throw failure! (up to 2 of them now).
Milo and Mumed (each taking 34 fire damage). The flames by Mumed take a darkened hue (Mumed takes an additional 17 necrotic damage). Sparklegem protects himself with magic just in time (also takes 17 fire damage).
Baern is also engulfed in flames (taking 34 fire damage), while the surviving Hound manages to step mostly out of the way (taking only 17 fire damage).
(@Nox: To be clear, Sparkle-Hound is dead, and Mumed-Hound is down to 24 HP. I already updated their HPs in the "extras" tab of your character sheet and took into account their 4 temp HP when subtracting.)
(@Grx: So we are on the same page, Graxx only has one DEATH saving throw failure and no successes so far.)

Tupoc avoids all damage (Evasion), and looks at the frothing dwarf facing him. "It is not yet time for our duel, strong one. We will meet again soon." He then throws a jab in the barbarian's direction.
Attack: 30 Damage: 14 Magical Bludgeoning
Having done this, Tupoc flies up and over the crowd (no Opportunity Attack because of Mobile feat) and touches down again next to Mumed, where he unleashes the rest of his attacks, biting the man three times (Flurry of Blows, Stunning Strike, Bite).
Attack: 25 Damage: 7 Magical Piercing
Attack: 31 Damage: 14 Magical Piercing
Attack: 28 Damage: 12 Magical Piercing
After each successful hit, the target must make a DC 17 Constitution Saving throw or be Poisoned, as well as a DC 19 Constitution Saving throw or be Stunned until the end of my next turn.
No matter the outcome of the attacks, Tupoc will again fly up and out of range of any retaliations (Mobile again) and remains hovering near Mumed, roughly 30 feet in the air.
The fireball gets close but does not reach Tupoc. His dwarven opponent is not so lucky. In the aftermath of the explosion, the holy monk feigns a punch (flavor the the miss) at Baern and takes the created opening to fly over to Mumed and continue attacking. For a moment, it looks like the first attempt at a bite will find purchase against Mumed's skin, but the man quickly snaps his red whip at the space in between Tupoc and himself, forcing the monk to recoil (no hits on Mumed due to his reaction).
Following his failed attempts, Tupoc flies 30 feet into the air {CB31}.
(@Hydra: To be clear, you would have used one Ki point for the Flurry of Blows, and an additional one for each Stunning Strike attempt. Since you only have to use up the Ki point for an Stunning Strike attempt once the base attack hits, technically you didn't really even get a chance to call out the use of the feature. In the end, you only used the Ki point associated with Flurry of Blows this turn, but it is good to be clear about this for future reference.)
At the end of Tupoc's turn, the three (out of five remaining) Animated Bolts are no longer afraid of him.

Seeing his opponent take it to the air, Baern spits on the ground and quickly pans the battleground for the next worthy foe. Setting his eyes on Yessaris, the dwarf moves with incredible speed to reach his mark and swing his gigantic greataxe. Though his head still hurts a bit (Synaptic Static), Baern attacks with even more savagery than before:
-> Oversized Greataxe vs. Yessaris: Attack: 14 Damage: 35 magical slashing. (The damage roll here is just 30, due to Adamantine armor.)
Surprised by the deceiving speed of Baern's short legs, Yessaris lets his guard down momentarily. Only his extremely hardy armor prevents him from losing a limb (Yessaris takes 87 magical slashing damage).
Baern's wild swings are effective but careless. He leaves obvious openings in his stance (advantage on attacks against Baern for now.)
UPDATE: Any of you can use your reaction at any time to learn something about your opponents in this fight. You no longer have to stick with the foe you had previously "marked."
(Selrahc is up next. Please recall that he is stuck in a 10x10x10 invisible box. Details can be found in this post.)
(@Lerus: At the cost of shooting myself in the foot, Yessaris had dropped prone last turn, so those attacks are still at advantage but without the negatives of reckless)
Reaction vs Baern:14.
Accepting the inevitably of pain, Yessaris narrows all of his being onto the singular focus of analyzing his attacker.
"What is this?" He will do what Barbarians do: smash the wall... or attempt to. (Reckless cause why not? Go big or go home. 3rd attack from Frenzied will be GWM.)

Selrahc bangs on his invisible prison but nothing happens. Everyone notices this and realizes that he is trapped inside some sort of invisible prison cell.
Mumed stays in place despite being surrounded by a shadow Hound and Tupoc. Calmly, the man mutters a few words behind his shield and forces some of the wounds on his companions to close.
-> Milo, Sparklegem, and Xavier each heal for 54 HP.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Masking pain behind a scowl and groans underneath huffs, Yessaris gets to his feet, and aims his gun straight for Baern. After one quick glance over to the fallen(Graxx and Barney) and the virtually incapacitated(Selherac and Abe(mostly Sel though) the gun falls free as the serpent sighs and shakes his head. "A clear loss on our part no matter how one looks at things. Lysanderoth, intentionally or not, chose his final gatekeepers well."He says calmly as he took up his own battle axe. It hangs limply at his side however, as if its wielder had little intention of using it.
In fact, even that too he looked ready to drop at a moment's notice. However, before things can come to that he said, "So pointless... Selhrac. Try going under. The rest of you..." He sighs and rolls his eyes. "... Learn what you can before you fall. For there will be no other "triumph" here today."As if triggered at the word triumph, the faint aura of light about Yessaris takes on a life of its own, eventually sinking into the ask. Arcane formulas along its form begins to glow, causing a shift in the weapon, exposing steam spouting little pipes and other strange innards that began to thrum with power.
Without another word Yessaris swept once across Baern's flank, then brought the axe down aiming to mangle an arm at the very least. The moment any blow finds purchase, an explosive pulse of blue and possibly purple bolts of energy courses through both combatants. Whereas one would feel a wave of nausea sweep through them, the other's cells become invigorated to the point he appears to regenerate.
The first to hit deals an additional 20 Psychic damage, and target must make a Wisdom Save(DC 17).
Yessaris heals for 10 from Arcane Jolt.
Movement: To CA-17, if Baern fails the Wisdom Save. Otherwise, if saved against or counterspelled moving to BY-18 after above.
Future Reaction(s):
If Yessaris would be hit with an effect that does fire, cold, acid, or lightning damage, he uses Absorb Elements in response.
If the above does not happen before Selherac's turn, and he is still conscious, he will make an insight check against Milo. Holding off on rolling in case it would be an issue later.
Yessaris prepares his last stand and attacks Baern. The artificer begins by enchanting his axe. This is already enough to startle the dwarf, who reacts with a slash of his own axe before Yessaris can bring his weapon down:
Shaken (Yessaris takes 35 magical slashing damage), Yessaris responds with his two attacks, crackling with blue energy, and both land (Baern takes 36 magical slashing and psychic damage). Some of that blue energy heals Yessaris for 9 HP.
-> Baern's WIS saving throw {DC 17}: 19
Yeassaris then moves to {CA 17} (I take it this is your preferred spot).
From an unseen position from behind the walls, Ingus fires a couple of shots:
(@All: Note that Ingus' position shown in the map above is his last known position. He is technically "outside" the map, since his last turn. Tupoc is the only one than can see him, and I can tell @Hydra his position if it becomes relevant.)
-> Pistol vs. Yessaris: Attack: 24 Damage: 18 piercing.
-> Pistol vs. Yessaris: Attack: 31 Damage: 15 piercing.
Graxx coughs up some blood, showing that he is still breathing. (DEATH saving throws -> successes: 1. failures: 1).
Xavier strums his instrument once more, but remains silent otherwise. A breeze flows through Baern's beard, but the five Animated Bolts fall to the ground lifelessly.
Xavier moves to {CE 22}.

Abe shoots three more arrows but they only succeed in hitting Sparklegem's Shield.
That however, is not what Abe sees. Instead, he sees his three arrows making an u-turn midair and travelling back towards him. They all hit his torso, dealing 29psychic damage.
Milo does a quick pirouette, landing on {CA32}, and quickly thrusts his dagger at the Hound pestering Mumed.
After ensuring the pet fades into darkness (Hound takes 48 magical piercing damage and is DEFEATED), Milo shoots his trusty crossbow at the flying Tupoc:
-> One-handed crossbow vs. Tupoc: Attack: 32Damage: 11 magical piercing.
Tupoc was expecting such a trick and avoids the shot. Milo retreats to {BX31}.
