Keth catching the Sailor off guard with his relentless endurance, lands a solid strike with his axe... A fountain of blood gushes from the sailor streaking in the direction of the path of the axe! The injury, so grave, that the Sailor, initially, doesn't notice the bonfire at his feet!
The second sailor sees his friend nearly eviscerated and a renewed fear enters his face. He was readying a strike, but instead yells, "Let's get out of here, Ritter!" He disengages from Tzo-Tzo and runs towards the door. He makes it just outside.
Immediately after that, the sailor facing off against Keth and Dar coughs up some blood, disengages, turns and runs, following his shipmate. With all the furniture in the way, he makes it to the door, but not quite outside, leaving a bloody trail behind him.
Only Tzo-Tzo and Keth have full line of sight on the sailor at the door. Unless they move, the sailor has 3/4 cover from Dar and is not in Snap's line of sight.

Oswin, arriving late to the fight, sees Keth's injury.
"Here," he says, reaching into his coat for a salve applicator from his alchemy kit. He squeezes some salve onto his hand and places it over Keth's abdomen, muttering a brief incantation that seems to provide some instant healing.
Dar skips over next to Zoo Zoo to get an angle on the sailor just outside the tavern and casts Bonfire at his feet, blocking the others escape route dex 14 save or 3. To Alan's relief the fire inside the bar snuffs out in a soft poof.
Tzo-Tzo sighs and puts her hands in her pockets. She just casually strolls to the door that the thug exited. She reaches him and places a hand on his shoulder, “Try again, see what breaks.”
The pirates try to make their escape when, suddenly, a bonfire erupts under the feet of the pirates at the tavern's threshold! The pirate yelps in pain!
His shipmate behind him takes a step back, only to feel Tzo-Tzo's hand on his shoulder, he begins to turn, about to respond... when Keth's axe swipes down and across the pirate. The blade bites through the pirates leathers, the ensuing splat of blodd catches both Keth and Tzo-Tzo to various degrees. The pirate's body falls limp collapsing out of Tzo-Tzo's grasp!

The pirate, seeing his friend cut down and the fire growing around him, makes a run for it and dashes away!
The fire, still burning, begins to ignite the wooden door jambs of the tavern's main door. It's getting worse and looks to grow taller and threaten the wooden trusses that support the tavern's second floor.
Alan yells from behind the bar, "Put that fire out before it spreads! Klank! Skoona! Everyone!"
The whole of the tavern takes on a different attitude once Alan proclaims there's a fire. All the workers tense. There's panic in the eyes of many of the guests as they look around at the mostly wooden structure they find themselves in.
Oswin, having a high tolerance for pain, looks around for where the fire is worst before placing himself in position for a bucket brigade. He tries to stamp out the fire to keep it from spreading, in the meantime.

"Aawww, one got away." Dar pouts as Oswin starts fighting the fire. Uh, The fire. "oh dear I thought i set that far enough out, guess we all burn to death. oopsie." Dar giggles a bit as she drops the spell and the fire snuffs out (at least most of it did, not sure on the spreading bits)
Keth runs out the door to make sure the sailor did in fact run away. //All we would have seen is him run out//

The bulk of the fire falls away with a wave of Mr. Fluffle's hand... however, the portions of the threshold already lit, remains. Oswin is trying to stamp some out to various degrees of success.

Keth pushes his way out the door, pass Oswin, to see the pirate running away... a bit of Keth's clothes are currently on fire as a result of having to squeeze through the door, but it seems to not have hurt him yet.
// Keth, as the spell was dropped, it was only the non-magical fire remaining, DC 10 Dex Save or risk 3 fire damage. Success means that Keth only briefly touched the fire and he can easily pat it off and he can use his action to dash to keep pace with the pirate (about ten feet behind the fleeing pirate), whereas failure would mean he bumped the door hard and unknowingly ignited a good portion of his clothes currently burning him through and requiring an action to put out or take the rolled fire damage. //
As the scimitar misses Tzo-Tzo, she points toward the thug, leaning far to one side, “You’re right, and it’s just the start.”
Tzo-Tzo throws another flurry of attacks into the thug!
