Bug report: Seemingly caused by the update today, various spells are missing for me in Spell Descriptions in chapter 7 of the 2024 PHB. These include:
Conjure Barrage, Conjure Volley, Lightning Arrow, Hail of Thorns, Armor of Agathys, Hunger of Hadar, various Paladin Smites.
There could be more. This is true both on browser and on the app. I have spoken to someone else and they do not have this issue, so I don’t believe this is a uniform issue for all users. I was looking at Conjure Barrage and Lightning Arrow yesterday, so this seems to have come up today.
When reading Spell Descriptions in in Chapter 7 on the website Only Summon Dragons is listed. However the other Summon spells appear on the class spell list.
If you select Player's Handbook 2024 with the Filter Species Source(s) menu in the character builder (Species), only 6 species appear even if I have paid and unlocked the 2024 Player's Handbook.
Ritual Caster feat is giving all slots for spells before they're available. Would also be nice if they were added to the spells area, not just buried at the bottom of the features and traits page, on the feat.
hi so one of our players bought the 2024 handbook and shared it with us (his party) but when we went to make new characters using the 2024 rules, they are not available. only core rules and legacy 2014 are available. what do we need to do to fix this??
This is not true, the issue being described is specific to paladins. if you select the forge cleric from Xanathars on a 2024 cleric the domain spells will prepare as normal.
I was making a new ranger. At level 2, it gives the option to choose a fighting style feat, but then there was no drop down menu to actually choose the style/feat.
Rogue Class: Core Rogue Traits: Weapon Proficiencies are missing a comma, making it appear as if the specification "[…] that have the Finesse or Light property" applies not only to "Martial weapons" but to the entirety of "Simple weapons and Martial weapons".
Hello, everyone, and happy Player's Handbook release day! We're back with more bug fixes for you. If these aren't resolving for you, try clearing your cache.
As an additional note: many of the fixes listed here are inclusive of multiple reported issues (e.g. resolving ‘at-will’ spell issues affected every at-will spell—no need to list spells out by class); though these lists may be small, there’s a lot being resolved!

Suddenly cant pick homebrew spells for warlocks even when giving them the 2024 warlock tag
Seems like missing some spells (with wizards names like Tasha) and no art in spell description section( it is in browser version
While the base classes of the new 2024 book are available, several subclasses and feats are missing from my selection in the character creation.
And origin feats aren't available while using legacy backgrounds.

The feat Medium Armor Master adds +1 to AC when either heavy armor or light armor is equipped.
It works as intended for medium armor.

Issue still persists with being unable to choose a fighting style at level two for Paladin (I believe this is the case for Rangers as well.)
Thanks for all your hard work!
