I purchased an electronic copy of WGtE, and at the time of purchase it was agreed upon by both parties that I would have access to the associated digital character content for that sourcebook.
I seem to no longer have access to the digital character content specifically from WGtE, and I would like to know when access will be returned, or when to expect the refund for said sourcebook.
I purchased that book to have access to building characters with those races as a part of that purchase. As it appears right now, I am going to be forced to use pencil and paper for the races contained in that specific sourcebook. That content has been removed from dndbeyond without notification (and I certainly didn't get an e-mail about it), and without my consent as someone who has already paid for that content and access.
Easy enough to have a selector switch for WGtE in the Home tab of character creation wizard.
It's all still there. If you're not seeing it, report a bug. Implementing a huge batch of new content is messy, and doesn't happen overnight with zero hiccups.
So, are you saying that you can create a brand new Warforged Envoy, Skirmisher, or Juggernaut character?
All that I can make is one of the updated Warforged from the book that came out today.
I get that this may be a big update, but that still does not explain taking away something that I have already paid for in the process of adding something new.
It was planned from the beginning that the content in Wayfinder's Guide to Eberron was playtest material and going to change. This was mentioned everywhere that it was available for purchase, on social media, and during live streams about the material from both D&D Beyond and Wizards of the Coast.
If you want to homebrew the original versions for personal use, they are still available in the Unearthed Arcana. Go to here. All of the links to Unearthed Arcana are available under WOTC Resources.

Creating an Artificer with the Izzet Engineer Background doesn't give access to the Izzet Guild Spells, despite Artificer having access to the Spellcasting feature.
I do notice it says to please be patient with infusions but something that looks like an easy fix is in character creation 2nd level 6th level and 10th level there are certain Replicate Magic Items missing.
2nd Level = Alchemy Jug, Sending Stones 6th Level = Gloves of Thievery 10th Level = Quiver of Ehlonna
We definitely need to document how to use infusions and will absolutely get that done. All of those items are on the list though!
Genericfuton13 both WotC and D&D Beyond have been shouting from the rooftops for months that the content was going to change. I've posted several examples here, and that doesn't include the social media posts D&D Beyond has put out about it too.
If anyone wants to homebrew the original versions for personal use, but doesn't have access to them, they are still available in the Unearthed Arcana.
Did you announce that there would be no discount on the new book from essentially getting what you already purchased? It would be fine if it wasn't for the fact a large portion of the new book is the races...which I already purchased before. The fact that I received no discount is extremely upsetting and more so than what they did to the races.
Essentially I purchased a hotdog and a chili dog and then what I was given was a hotdog...that later had chili poured on it.
I am having a problem with Battle Ready not working for magic items created through infusions (e.g. Repeating Shot, Returning Weapon). It seems to be working fine with regular +1 Weapons now. I specifically went to this thread to see if it is a problem for anybody besides me. Looks like it is the case.
Weapons with infusions on them now correctly count as magic items for the purposes of Battle Ready. 😀
Sillvva, I purchased the books, and play D&D with friends locally. I don't follow social media for anyone or anything. I don't have the time, or the desire. So, while it may have been plastered everywhere on the Internet, it is still news to me.
If it is still in homebrew content, then why are they not available when Homebrew Content is selected in the Home tab of character creation? Shoot, I have turned on all of those settings, and still those races from WGtE are not available.

I have a Mark of Making Human Artificer, and the extra spells that get added to spell lists are not showing up in the list I can prepare from, specifically Tenser's Floating Disk.

So is the official stance of DDB "too bad read the fine print" and that we should be aware that there will be shitty deals here and be careful about the content. Is the official stance that we cannot trust that we will be able to keep what we purchase and at any moment our money can suddenly have been spent on something wasteful and obsolete? Because that was my initial hesitation in purchasing my game materials on digital format from here and if that is the official stance then I will cease making any purchases on this site now knowing that I am gambling on whether the money will be worth it.

So far I have found that the Infusion list for level 2 gives access to item that they shouldn't have yet like:
Also Infusion: Enhanced Arcane Focus doesnt add to the + spell attack modifier

Here's a bug:

The icon for Artificer in the Game Rules -> Classes menu shows UA. It should be the gear icon here:

The image for the Iron Defender is missing. It's in the actual book.
Their own tweet said if you own the old races you get the new ones. I did not receive the new ones.Did any of ya'll?

Were these tweets in error, a falsehood, or is it simply bugged?
I don't think WgtE has been fully updated yet (they are still working out issues with Last War)

As far as I can tell, they have been dual sourced properly. Are you not able to see the updated stats?
