As Grim goes to mount the worg it shies away with a low growl, not sure what Grim's approach meant it starts sniffing and looking around on the ground.

The worg doesn't understand but when you say Go! Hunt! it understands the tone and leaves.
You can find some bow & arrows, enough that whoever doesn't have one can get one if they want to make ranged attacks.
One of the Reeves' men leaves you 6 horses but only on the condition that when you retreat back from the goblin horde they eventually get them back.

Seeing the scouting party approach, Syvis turns around and exchanges a glance with the others. There's no turning back. He thought to himself. Hiding himself behind the shadows of the barricade, he places hunter's mark on one of the archers and let his arrows fly loose.

(Before any of the fighting Bow would have imbued his weapon with rite of dawn taking 3 damage in the process. And he would have hid behind the barricade, making sure he has a shot through it and so he has full cover (because what else is a barricade for:P)
Assuming he cannot be seen by his attacker, and because of the long range advantage and disadvantage so normal attacks:
Attack on one of the riders:
Attack: 10 Damage: 12
After the attack he will move 15ft to another spot and shoot again (one of the riders, same if it didn't die, another one if it did:

After which he moves his final feet behind the barricade; ensuring the goblins don't know where he is and hopefully making it look like they are with more people than they actually are.

Bow moves and sneaks from position to position firing off shots, the 1st misses but the 2nd takes a rider right out of it's saddle as it slumps to the ground dead.
The 3 worg-riders move and dash up to the barricade, even the rider-less worg, following the others for now.
The 1 remaining goblin archer fires an arrow at long range toward Syvis and then turns and runs back the way it came.

Petcan raises a hand and gathers fire in his hands before sending out three distinct beams at three goblin riders. Fire then glows up out of his chest and to his neck for a moment (font of magic to regain the spell slot, as a bonus action)
Grim wounds the goblin archer causing it to screech in pain and anger.
Petcan fires 3 rays of scorching fire but only the 2nd one connects and kills another goblin rider, leaving only 1 goblin rider and 3 worgs left. (and that wounded archer)
