(@MB: It looks like you got a manipulation warning. I'll go with the rolls I can see in my screen. Your attack roll was a 12, including Bless, and the Healing Word spell is showing as an 8. Also, in terms of movement, everything in front of Utar at the moment is difficult terrain so he can get to {L-81}. I'm placing the Spiritual Weapon at {F-80}.)
With Graxx's imminent arrival, Utar decides to switch places with him and go to Neya's aid. He delivers a parting gift to Doozey and another to the juggernaut, although only one of those is actually delivered. (Doozey recovers 8 HP.)
(@MB: Even though I commented on the bonus action economy in our OOC Chat, it looks like I forgot to take it into account when resolving Utar's turn above. In this specific case it won't make a difference because the bonus action attack missed anyway. Nonetheless, I think we should both try to remember going forward that a bonus action spell attack and a bonus action spell casting cannot occur in the same turn.)
Graxx arrives to respond to Tempus' call and properly lays eyes on the juggernaut for the first time. The barbarian find himself feeling a bit taken aback. This was not exactly the axe-wielding enemy he had expected. This reaction shows itself in the halfhearted attacks that follow. Graxx's vicious pike hits the stone floor twice and nothing else.

A few more lose bones fall from the undead monstrosity. (Skeletal Juggernaut takes 10 damage.)
The mentioned axe has still to make a return appearance. In the meantime, the bones crash down once more:
-> DEX saving throw vs. Avalanche of Bones {DC 14}: Damage: 17
Graxx: 15
Doozey: 16 -> resistant while in Hybrid Form.
Biscuit: 15
Doozey takes a less forceful blow this time around, but the same cannot be said of Graxx and Biscuit. (Graxx takes 16 bludgeoning damage; Doozey takes 4 bludgeoning damage, Biscuit takes16 bludgeoning damage; and goes unconscious, incapacitated, and prone.)

"Fine enough. Focus on blasting the thing from afar, if'n ya can!" Doozey commands of Cassyt, as he once more worked the blade into motion, hacking further away at the juggernaut when presented an opening in its guard. Yet even with it crumbling under the assault bit by bit, the sheer amount of bones yet remaining to hack through the malevolent entity made the task seem almost...
'Don't. Go there' He mentally chided, cutting through the growing concern. A moment later, it finally occurred to him that Graxx had joined the fray; his shouts having been heard earlier, but only registering just then. Yet in spying no Neya, the stoutling slightly altered his proverbial dance to maneuver off to the side far enough to risk a glance into the other room. "Shite. Biscuit! Fall back. Assist Neya." He commanded, as he shifted back to his original spot to at least somewhat keep the creatures attention divided.
Needing not to be told twist, Biscuit scramble to his feet, and waits until the creature appears to be at its most distracted before disengaging and falling back past the others.
Action: Bloody Stinging at Juggernaut. Strike #1 - Attack: 13 Damage: 15 magical piercing and lightning damage. Strike #2 - Attack: 10 Damage: 13 magical piercing and lightning damage.
(@Ori: Biscuit has to deal with some difficult terrain, so he can go as far as {J-80} this turn.)
Sensing a shift in priorities, Doozey orders Biscuit to follow Utar in aiding Neya while the stoutling himself remains to finish the job against the juggernaut. A few words to Cassyt are uttered and, a moment of doubt later, the ranger introduces Apostle to the enemy one more time. It would have been two times, but Doozey happens to strike a bone that had already lost its animating magic with one of his strikes. (Skeletal Juggernaut takes 13 magical piercing and lightning damage.)
Biscuithops through some rubble and begins to make his way to Neya's side.
NOTES: The red squiggly line represents a curtain.
(Neya is up next. Although the map is showing the room beyond the curtain, please keep in mind that Neya cannot see its interior at the beginning of her turn, or Zaralda for that matter.)

Neya nearly chases after the necromancer. But, the idiom "the cornered rat bites the cat" comes to mind. She decides to wait for the others and drink one of her potions.
Neya decides to take a breather. She uncorks one of the vials she has been carrying and watches some of the necrotic bruises in her arms disappear. (Neya recovers 12 HP.)
Utar leaves his Spiritual Weapon somewhat behind so it can continue to pester the juggernaut. This time, however, the spectral hammer swings and misses.
The cleric himself, after seeing Neya taking a healing draft, nods approvingly and decides to follow her example. The vial he picks is a bit smaller, but his aches dwindles nonetheless. (Utar recovers 9 HP.)
Graxx closes his eyes and refocuses. When he then delivers his next two blows, he seemingly strikes at the very core of the creature in front of him. The juggernaut finishes dismantling itself after the strike in such a fast manner that the barbarian's follow-up attack strikes only air. (Skeletal Juggernaut takes 22 magical piercing damage and is DEFEATED.)
Graxx smiles in his victory, but only for two seconds. The enchanted bones begin to shake and clank back together. Where there was one large juggernaut moments ago, now about a dozen mismatched skeletons rise. Some of them find broken bones to use as weapons, others reach for cracked debris. None of them reach for the enchanted greataxe.
There is very little space to move about in this chamber now that the cluster of bones has spread out into 12 different undead warrior. Only ten of them manage to temporarily maneuver to an attacking position:
Graxx manages to parry the first attack with his pike but four others pierce his skin. Doozey's buckler, armor, and toughened hide all work in his favor. Only one blow manages to draw blood from there werebadger. (Graxx takes 26 piercing damage; Doozey takes 2 piercing damage, already halved.)
(Doozey is up next. He is in melee with and cornered by three skeletons. Biscuit is within 5 feet of one skeleton.)
"When it rains, it freaking pours!" Doozey growled out, just before hearing Biscuit's plaintive growling. "Oh for--Just strike it down, or try to. But get a move on, ya worry wort." He called out/commanded of the fey touched Mastiff. And while that business was largely working itself out, even at the inevitable price of the dog getting stabbed in the flank, the stoutling would continue carving into the fragmented skeletons.
Action: Bloody Stinging at Skeleton(between himself and Graxx). Strike #1 - Attack: 13 Damage: 14 magical piercing and lightning damage. Strike #2 - Attack: 18 Damage: 8 magical piercing and lightning damage. (same target as above, if still alive. Otherwise next closest)
Bonus Action: Command Biscuit to attack Skeleton within 5ft of him. Maul - Attack: 4+20 Damage: 7 magical slashing damage.
Movement(Biscuit): To N73, provoking OA if skeleton still up.

Doozey encourages Biscuit to attack and move. The stoutling himself does the former, but not the latter. In doing so, Doozey finds that the skeletons are even less structurally sound than their parent. Two quick stabs are enough to bring down two skeletons. (Skeleton#2 takes 13 magical piercing and lightning damage and is DEFEATED; Skeleton#4 takes 14 magical piercing and lightning damage and is DEFEATED.)
Looking back at Biscuit, Doozey notes that the beast's attack was not as effective. (Skeleton#5 takes 7 slashing damage.)
When the fey-touched mastiff tries to run, the damaged skeleton attacks:
Biscuit reaches Utar's side but sports a new wound. (Biscuit takes 3 piercing damage.)
