A moment or 2 after the snake bite, Count starts to waiver slightly as the poision starts to take affect, almost collapsing. At this point it's pretty clear that a good stiff breeze will be enough to finish his day.

Ok, the crab is out. Up next is the Gadabout! It’ll continue attacking the count (yes, I know he’s taking all the punishment but why would it change its tactics?)

With the fear that this could be it for him, Count is going on the defensive, and going to take the dodge action so attacks against him are at disadvantage, but will hold his ground as not to give a free attack.
