"Do work Pup" Barbara replies to his statement. Looking at her soiled clothes she assumes a stance similar to that of a sprinter. At the sound of Tangle releasing her bow Barb takes off in a sprint through the muck, discarding her torch just before tackling the nearest goblin (that didn't get dropped by an arrow) into the filth and trying to hold it still while the rest of the gang does the "dirty" work.

The goblin ,after watching its companion fall, is able to hear the sudden footsteps and turning around it manages to dodge the grasp of the charging barbarian, letting out a strangled half-shriek in shock.

Fenchurch decides that smashing looks more fun than he initially thought. He moves forward enough to place an orb in a place that affects all the goblins, but not Barbara or any of his colleagues, and then casts shatter on the goblins

 Wolf Pup steps forward and slashes at the nearest goblin with his curved long sword, Attack: 19 Damage: 13 slashing damage. He breathes a sigh of relief as the strike connects, “This is why I am comfortable with this blade.”

OOC: Sorry for being late. Retconning a bit before Wolf's turn.

One of the goblins is killed immediately by the spell's effect, the other two goblins are left looking rough. Unfortunately, it seems that the spell's effect caught something else, as suddenly a series of loud popping sounds fill the area. Barbara being the only one closest to the goblins is caught as the objects the group had been scrambling to pick up now begin to go off after being damaged by the spell.

Barbara and the remaining goblins need to make Dex Saves. Taking 7 fire damage and 10 bludgeoning damage on a failed save and half on a successful one. A thunderous boom fills the tunnels nearly deafening everyone and the party can feel the heat from the explosion on their skin.

Goblin Saves: 16

Tangle smiles a little wolfishly at the explosions as she readies another arrow. “We have found some of the fireworks after all. You call this one bird with two stones, yes?”

Wolf Pup guards with his blade as the heat hits him, in case anything should leap at him amidst the explosion, “From what I have heard it is ‘One by the hand is worth more than two by the stone.’ Good try though.”

After missing her tackle with the goblin she barely has enough time to regain her balance before the explosion goes off. She is thrown down into the muck, some of her furs singed. It is unclear how badly, if at all, she is injured.

Edit: Dang, barbarians have advantage on dex saves against effects they can see. I don't know if this counts but whatever. Still new, gotta pay better attention.

 “Of course. Many new things in these lands. One can always learn.” 

Fenchurch looks on in horror as Marr'vell's fireworks explode. As he counts the days, and likely weeks, that he will be working at the carnival for free to make up the lost money from the fireworks.

(Dex Save was 15. Barbara succeeds taking only 4 points of fire and 5 points bludgeoning damage.)

The smoke settles and the party sees the remains of the two goblins spread out across the sewer floor with the rest of the debris. There is a small hole in the ground where the bomb went off and walls of the sewer are now full of cracks. Barbara isn't looking to hot neither. With the sound of the explosion being fairly loud the group can assume that whatever stealth you had had before is most likely gone now.

"Now it is speed we need, not caution." Like a shot, Tangle will run in the direction the party was going, as stealthily as she can, to scout ahead. Full move + dash + cunning action dash. Her intent is to get there as soon as she can, without losing the party (so she'll wait at branching passageways until someone can see which way she is going), to prevent any goblin malfeasance if she can.

Stealth: 18

Pushing herself off of the sewer floor, "What ...*cough*... the... *spit*... ****"

Nearly blinded and deafened by the blast Barbara looks around. She barely notices an elf running past her, the goblin bodies with horrific wounds to match their disfigurements matched seemed natural in this landscape. Eyes focusing, Barb notices the cracks in the sewer wall.

"Any idea where we are under the city? You don't think that...." Barbara grabs the nearest deceased goblin and looks around. "They're gonna collapse the wall"

Barb stumbles a few steps back, nearly collapsing if not for the sewer wall. She shakes her head, clearly rung.

Wolf Pup, having seemingly had his job replaced by fireworks, will help Barbara up and offer a shoulder to help her keep moving, “I would rather not stay to see if any remain undetonated. We should follow the elf, we don’t want to get separated.”

Perry comes over and offers a helping hand in Barbara's other sidee. As he makes contact with her, he prays, "By his favor, you are healed." A jolt of healing energy flows into Barbara, closing the most severe wounds. Cure wounds: Heal for 5 HP.

With Perry's touch Barbara's eyes regain focus. Hearing Wolf Pup's words, "Ok but which way did she go?"
