Utar and Graxx approach the door, as to be the first line of defense against the incoming threat. Rag moves to the corner and uses his Cloak of Many Fashions to help him hide. Marfaen follows him while asking to borrow the precious gem. Drazzim joins the huddle by the banging door, more out of searching for familiar faces than realizing a fight is about to start. Neya follows the dwarf, blade in hand. Andmarir had already found a vantage point, in the cave leading into this underground prison. The elf stnad not too far from the curious gnome, Rillo.

You all hear the lock click, but the door does not open immediately. You then hear from the other side: "Alright boys, we've been found out. We either kill the invaders or we put them in the Funhouse. I'll accept no defeat in the house of the Black Lord!"

The door then burst open! Two guards and two hounds are on the other side of it, but a few more voices can be heard deeper within the room (I'd say ROLL FOR INITIATIVE, but we sort of did that already).
(@poke: Let's just go ahead and say that Drazzim is poisoned as you originally suggested. He can be cured by any means that would normally remove such condition).
Neya's line of sight is a bit obstructed by Graxx's large frame. Her dart flies into the southern room and slides on the floor before coming to a stop.
Drazzim thinks he is aiming at the same hound as Neya, but is instead locked in fierce battle with the wall in front of him.

The first guard (Guard#1) moves a bit closer (N8) and thrusts his spear at Graxx. He can only use one hand as the older supports a shield. The other one will throw his spear at Graxx, who is blocking the doorway.
Graxx focus on the thrown spear, blocking it with his Moon-touched Sword, Greatsword. While his attention is focused elsewhere, the other guard plunges his spear into the barbarian's soft underarm. It stings! A lot of blood begins to pour out.
(@MoistBooks: There is a wall between you and your intended target. The only opening is the door in front of Graxx. I'll assume you attack the one at N9 instead).
Utar tries to hit the the one mastiff he can see, but like his companion, hits the wall instead. The place of battle feels a bit crowded.
Andmarir also aims at the most visible target, but hits the door frame instead. Undeterred, the ranger casts Hunter's Mark on the dog, vowing to hit it with his next arrow.

One of the Acolytes (Acolyte#2) will Bless the watch dogs as well as her commander. The other one will cast Sacred Flame at Neya, confident that the first line of defense will be able to take care of the large man standing at the door.
-> Acolyte#1Sacred Flame vs Neya: (DEX saving throw {DC 12}): 17. The monk turns sideways, diminishing the portion of her torso that the Acolyte can see just in time.
-> Acolyte#2Bless on Mastiff#1, Mastiff#2, and Knight.
The Mastiffs, not aware that they are under the effects of a magical spell, will bite at Graxx.
-> Mastiff#1 Bite (melee weapon attack) vs Graxx: Attack: 11 Damage: 3 piercing. (STR saving throw {DC 11}: 23). The dog puts its weight on Graxx's torso, but not enough for the barbarian to tip over.
-> Mastiff#2 Bite (melee weapon attack) vs Graxx: Attack: 22 Damage: 6 piercing. (STR saving throw {DC 11}: 21). The second dog tries the same trick, but Graxx holds fast.
-> Bless dice for the Mastiffs (not that it'd make a difference this turn...): Mastiff#1: 3; Mastiff#2: 3.
