Against the monstrosity's bite, Velmine wasn't prepared to encounter it, but with her quick reaction, she manages to avoid a bite that could've been even deeper. (Uncanny Dodge)
(About the position... My initial intention was going up and above, so the answer here is J24 as the final spot.)
(For the bear's commands explanation, it sounds reasonable, and it was well explained. In this situation, the rules decided on are inconvenient, but the game doesn't revolve around my character, and since I think the rules decided upon are fair, I have no further argument here. The idea from Awaypturwpn could be explored too, but then again, the creatures are pure magic and I'll end up switching them all the time, since by the next dawn, they all disappear.)
(Awaypturwpn's suggestion on how to handle the bear was a good one, and I have decided to go with that. At least while we are in the Forests of Slaughter the four "natures" I laid out will probably be the most likely to occur. I will leave it up to you to decide each round, if you don't give it instructions, if you don't I may have it do something or not depending on the circumstances of the environment/encounter.
L1 attacks Velmine with both a Bite Attack: 18 Damage: 5 and with it's Hooves Attack: 8 Damage: 11. While the monstrosity manages to bite Velmine, there isn't much power in it, and the hooves miss her entirely.
L4 moves to engage Eiren and attacks with both its Bite Attack: 8 Damage: 11 and with it's Hooves Attack: 12 Damage: 15. Missing Eiren with both attacks. It then disengages and moves 5 feet away from Eiren.
Xavier's firebolt hurls harmlessly into the cavern ceiling, causing bits of stone to rain down to the ground, but the stones are either to small to cause damage or didn't hit anything.
Baik moves through the gap in the tree and attacks the monstrosity twice with his spear. The first strike sinks home, but the second gets caught up in the branches.
Unfortunately for Baik there is enough tree coverage to make the area dangerous, Baik is paralyzed for 1 minute. You repeat the Str. saving throw at the end of each of your turns (without advantage), ending the effect on a successful save.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Velmine stares down the monstrosity lumbering over her, still breathing heavily from the last round of attacks, she draws her rapier one more time to attack this creature.
Attack:26Damage:28 Piercing
After a very successful attack, she comes to show a grin again, after the last attacks made her hide it. "Well, that's a second time this has happened, maybe now they'll learn that I'm not supposed to be an easy target?"
In case the creature's actually dead, like I hope it is:
Velmine goes further south (J17), since she already knew about the fourth monstrosity's existance, and uses her cunning action to hide among the trees.
Stealth Check:31
Otherwise:
Velmine, still feeling a bit of the pain of the last attack, decides to leave the fight momentarily, leaving the bear to do it in her stead. "Bear, the monsters we're searching, they're right there... I think you know what to do..."(Velmine to K21, the bear to I-J,24-23 and multi-attack the monster.)
(Sorry about the manipulating dice rolls, I added the Stealth Roll later, which made every dice after that change... So, Velmine's attack is still fine as it is... It was the bear's attacks that changed... Namely, the Claw Attack did a different damage than it was supposed to, but the attack rolls of both the claw and the bite are pretty similar to the real results, surprisingly... If they should've been useful, I'll roll them separetely, if that's alright...)

Velmine's masterful sword play leaves the beast barely able to stand. She leaves the area, allowing the monstrosity to make a bite Attack: 16 Damage: 11, catching the back of Velmine's cloak, choking her for a few seconds.
The bear takes her place and finishes off the monstrosity with a well placed paw.
Corvin moves to K26 and attacks L1 with his warhammer, but misses.
Corvin make a Str. Save
Eiren moves to I32? and puts to arrows into L4, leaving ot barely standing.
Baik you are up (redo your turn)
Baik moves to 25O and disappears, whispering to Eiren. Where did it go? I can’t see it from here.

Will a +3 bonus help?
If so, Baik’s amazing ability to not suck at thing saves him.
(saving face)
if not, ignore me.

Baik's hobgoblin stoicism pulls him through the difficulty, as he shrugs off the effect.
