P1 takes off and glides down to just about Velmine and attacks her Gore Attack: 19 Damage: 9 piercing and Talons Attack: 21 Damage: 7 piercing damage. Both hit for a total 12.
P2 takes off and flies to 40 feet and then makes a dive at Eiren Gore Attack: 23 Damage: 14 piercing and Talons Attack: 13 Damage: 6 piercing damage. Both attacks miss.
P3 takes over and flies to 40 feet over the party
P4 Takes off and climbs to 40 feet and then dives down to attack Velmine. Gore Attack: 7 Damage: 19 piercing and Talons Attack: 14 Damage: 11 piercing damage. The gore misses while the talons hit. It then pulls up to 15 feet.
P5 takes off and flies to above the bear and gets ready to attack the bear.
P6 takes off and flies over the tree and attacks Qu'oth. Gore Attack: 21 Damage: 11 piercing and Talons Attack: 24 Damage: 7 piercing damage. The Peryton thinks that it has lunch as it kills the raven, but Qu'oth disappears, leaving the Peryton confused.
P7 takes off and dives at Eiren. Gore Attack: 7 Damage: 13 piercing and Talons Attack: 14 Damage: 10 piercing damage. Both attacks miss and the it flies past Eiren next to the tree at 20 feet.
P8 takes off and attacks Velmine Gore Attack: 15 Damage: 11 piercing and Talons Attack: 6 Damage: 10 piercing damage. Again the gore misses her but the talons score a hit. It then finishes it's move by flying up to 30 feet next to the cavern wall.
Xavier’s eyes turn a glacial blue and he raises his hand over his head as he says “you won’t fly once your wings freeze” casting cone of cold into the air at the creatures. dc 16 con save or take 39 cold damage on a failed save, half damage on a successful one. Anyone killed is turned to ice until they thaw.

Velmine is breathing heavily after a great round of attacks on her, but she uses a bit of her energy to try to dodge the last attack. (Uncanny dodge on the one that did 8 points of damage. I already updated my sheet, as Velmine is down to 25 at the moment.)
She looks down to draw her dagger, and when she looks up she can only see a bunch of freezing bird bodies falling, she's immediately impressed, but focusing on her task she throws the dagger on the remaining enemy.

"Bear, please rush to somewhere safe, I don't want you to get hurt." If possible, the bear will run back to where we came from, otherwise he'll rush to the front, somewhere on the G-H lines that'd most likely help him not get hit.

So I made a mistake P5 - P8 have a -2 to attack. It looks like the only one that matters P8's talon attack on Velmine. Which missed with the new numbers. So I believe that you can add 7 back to your sheet. (+4 from the attack, but +3 from Uncanny Dodge one of the 7's)
You almost got it, but the way we were doing it in this game - following what you agreed to do after I explained my point of view at the start of the game-, I'd have halved a 7 damage, which always rounds down, so 3 damage instead. Which means a total of +8 HP in comparison to before the correction.

1=Qu'oth, 2=Eiren, 3=Corvin, 4=Xavier, 5=Velmine, 6=Baik 7-8=Brown Brown. Anything outside those numbers are flying to get a better view.
