Bone springs to action once again and let's lose two more arrows after moving his mental mark to the next mark. Shooting through the bars of the cells proves to be more challenging than he thought. Once both arrows hit the bars instead, the kenku narrows his eyes and shoots a third, more attentive shot at the guard. This one was still fully armored, but no longer (Armored Guard#4 - CMD: 21).
Jury moves towars the center of the room:
-> Armored Guard#5 {AN82}: war pick (melee weapon attack of opportunity) vs Jury: Attack: 14Damage: 7 piercing.
-> Armored Guard#6 {AM80}: trident (one-handed melee weapon attack of opportunity) vs Jury: Attack: 18Damage: 3 piercing.
Jury then multitasks. The wizard Enlarge/Reduces Grixx while thinking about his lost love Justice. He concludes that his connection with the minion was lost, but that it felt different from when his minions usually "die" even past undeath. He has learned that the Sphinx had the ability to manipulate time and possibly space. It is possible the minion was sent to another place/time/plane. Whichever one of these options is closer to the truth probably matters little. The connection feels lost for good. The same could be said about Lot.
(Grixx may use his reaction to perform one simple weapon attack against Armored Guard#3, now at {AM89}).

Talon finds it hard not to underestimate these guards after watching two of them fall over themselves trying to attack him and failing miserably! Sure enough he finds himself quickly in melee with the closest guard. "No wonder you were not responding! You aren't even real! Let's make your non-life harder!" A beautiful hammer with a silvery gleam and ornate leatherwork growing from the grip halfway up the shaft appears at AP,88 and takes a swing at the guard next to Talon. In the next moment a bell is heard and the guard flinches at the sound!

OOC: As I do not want to slow down gameplay I will layout two different scenarios pending if my reaction attack caused the guard at AM,89 to die. I will use the same attack rolls to simplify things.
IF GUARD AT AM,89 DID NOT DIE TO REACTION
Grixx will bring his greatsword down using his enlarged form against the seemingly magical armor at AM,89 twice in succession recklessly. "BIGGER IS BETTER! WELL DONE WIZARD!"
Attack 1: Attack: 26 Damage: 15
Attack 2: Attack: 24 Damage: 21
Divine Fury Damage (Radiant) For First Attack that Hits: 7
If Guard at AM,89 Dies at any point. Grixx will move to AJ,86.
Grixx will Bonus Action: Great Weapon Master Attack Against the Armor at AJ, 85 28 Damage: 16
IF the Guard at AM,89 dies from Reaction Attack:
Grixx will move to AJ,86 first and attack then Armor at AJ,85 with all attack rolls.

Jury's suggestion sounds like a captain's order amid battle. Grixx swings his greatsword harshly, catching the enemy by surprise (Armored Guard#3 - CMD: 47->DEFEATED).
The barbarian immediately follows that up by taking advantage of his increased leg and arm spans to swing this enlarged weapon at the next hunk of metal. Grixx unleashes a flurry of attacks, overwhelming his opponent promptly (Armored Guard#2 - CMD: 68->DEFEATED).
Seeing Grixx take care of his intended target, Nox decides to follow Dredge's request and free up the prisoner in one of the northern cells. The padlock, magical or not, stands no chance against the volley of Eldritch Blasts the tabaxi sends its way. The force is so great that the door to the cell flies off its hinges, forcing the prisoner to duck out of the way. Nox then prepares for closer quarter combat by activating Shillelagh.
Talon joins in the bashing fun by calling forth his spiritual hammer. Unfortunately for him, the armored soldier inadvertently steps aside just in time to avoid the violent swing. Undeterred, Talon forces a bell to ring in the guard's possibly non-existent head.
-> Armored Guard#4 WIS saving thrown {DC 17}: 5 - If it had ears, they would be bleeding by now (Armored Guard#4 - CMD: 47->DEFEATED).
As Jury lets the weak weapon thrusts hit his armored self harmlessly, the half-orc clocks one of the guards who clearly has its attention focused on the warforged (Armored Guard#6 - CMD: 21).
The sound of many more metallic footsteps is now audible, coming from beyond the door to the east of the south passage (staircase B). They are getting closer and closer.
(Dredge is up next. Everyone else may post for the next round if they so wish.)

(Pre-post for Jury's Turn)
After getting winged ineffectually upside the head with a pick, Jury finally seems to remember the armored units assaulting him. He looks only long enough to turn away at the noise coming from the stairs. "Accessing... New orders received." Jury suddenly jabs his finger at the armored warrior's forehead. What should've only been a tiny 'ting' evolves into a ringing not unlike bells. "Rule Ninety-Nine: When the ringing begins, deny it not, for the Mother awaits with open arms."
Jury watches only for a heart beat to see if the spell takes before saying, "It is perhaps wiser if you use this, comrade."Jury will unlatch the Moon-Touched Greatsword from his person and tosses it before the Orc's feet. "Now if you'll excuse me."Without missing a beat, Jury calmly marches his way to the stairway. Another song comes unbidden. One sung as if by two in one body.
"Light is fading Fallen have risen We are the Devils This is our hell Within the darkness It’s death we hear Only the strong Can fight this fear"
He gives one last passing glance at Bones before turning with red-glowing eyes upon the stair ways. "Only the strong... Can fight this war... I will hold them here. Finishing freeing the others. Post-Haste."
Action: Jury Casts Toll the Dead, inflicting 22 necrotic damage on a failed Wis Save(DC 17) on the animated armor(#6) weakened by the Orc punch.
Free Action(if possible): Jury will take out and drop his Moon-Touched Greatsword for the Orc at AM-86.
Bonus Action: Gives Bone a Bardic Inspiration(d6).
Movement: To AS-88.
Future Reaction: If an attack on Jury would hit an AC of 23 to 27, Jury will cast Shield(1st level).

Having free all the prisoners within his reach, Dredge rages before he draws his greatsword and lends a hand to Talon against his guard, stepping to AR88 and bringing the sword down on the metal helmet.
Talon will run to the door where footsteps can be heard and seal it with magic he learned from his grandmother. "That should slow them down a bit. We need to find our way to safety if such exists." He moves towards the other exit and looks towards the others.
Move from AP, 90 to AS, 89 and cast Arcane Lock on the door (or gate, whatever it is) leading to the B stairs. Then use final movement to move to AU, 86.
"Does anyone know the right way to get out of here? We can go up those stairs." (pointing at the A stairs)"or try to follow this hallway. What do you think? You all were brought in through the hallway so I think we should try those stairs."
(@Hydra: Your intended target has already been defeated. I'm interpreting your turn a bit loosely, assuming Dredge would go and try to hit a still standing enemy. HE has to move into the middle of the room to do it, so let me know if that's not what you would've wanted to do.)
Dredge rushes to the center of the room {AO86} while unstrapping his sword from his back. Once in range, and raging, he swings at the closest target, but sword hits the stone floor instead.
Jury rings the bell on one of the soldiers before him right after arming an unknown prisoner:
-> Armored Guard#6's WIS saving throw {DC 17}: 12 - The gauntlets grab the helmet, as if the enchanted set of armor could feel a headache, then it dismantles onto the ground (Armored Guard#6 - CMD: 43->DEFEATED).
The warforged wizard then begins singing and strolling towards the eastern staircase where he heard rushed footsteps coming from. While the song inspires Bone, the stroll gives the only remaining soldier a chance to attack.
-> Armored Guard#5 {AN85}: war pick (melee weapon attack of opportunity) vs Jury: Attack: 16Damage: 5 piercing.
The half-orc prisoner grabs the soldier's weapon mid-air, preventing him from attacking: "You are mine!"
Seeing Jury move towards the eastern staircase, Talon steps up and casts Arcane Lock on the gate, properly securing it. While the dwarf tries to decide where to go next, Nox attacks the surviving enemy after Hexing it. The two Shillelagh whacks hit the animated metal helmet, ringing loudly, but the soldier still stands (Armored Guard#5 - CMD: 30).
Nox (AQ84) and Grixx (AR82-AQ83) then move towards the western staircase, away from the metal footsteps' sounds.
(@Superbad: Yep, the guard at {AN85} is the only one left at the moment.)
Seeing only one assailant left standing, Bone focuses his eyes on it with arcane determination and lets loose three more arrows. Two of them hit, with one projectile going completely through the soldier's breastplate and sinking into the wall within the far western cell (Armored Guard#5 - CMD: 83->DEFEATED).
The half-orc prisoner grabs the Moon-touched sword and examines it for a second. He walks towards Jury stopping at {AR87} also grabbing one of the soldier's trident on the way. "I prefer this one, mate. HA HA... let us GO! HA HA HA" his eyes are shining with excitement as he returns the luminous sword to the necromancer.
The steps coming from beyond the eastern staircase are much louder now. Their arrival is imminent, whoever they are.
"This will not hold them long. If only..."Jury pauses to give the Half-Orc a long look. "If you insist..." After putting the sword away, Jury takes a moment to summon Verdict (if he hadn't already), and sends him off to ride on Bone's shoulder. "Double time it, then. Everyone. I will go last." He says as he more or less makes Ready march after everyone. Though if it looks like Grixx wouldn't be able to at least squeeze his way up stairs, then and ONLY then will he drop his spell.
Nox cast Minor Illusion and make the illusion flush to the walls (hiding the entrance toward stair A), the illusion start from the ground to 5 feet high same color/structure as the walls.
"Don't mind the illusion, but if you can cast minor illusion it would be handy to increase the height of the illusion". He sheath his arcana staff, the Shillelagh slowly fades away, he still keep concentration on the Hex. He reaches toward the illusion and open the the jail door.
He then silently move up/downward of stair A stealth: 21. Nox move in front but doesn't mind not to be the first.

END OF INITIATIVE ROUND 2
UPDATED MAP:
(I'll be using our loose initiative rule here to resolve everyone's turn in an order that makes more sense than the actual initiative order)
-> Armored Guard#5 {AN85}: war pick (melee weapon attack of opportunity) vs Jury: Attack: 16
Damage: 5 piercing.
(Bone is still up.)
((So sorry! Work and family stuff has me so busy!))
