Bone will quickly run around and gather his arrows. (I shot 10, I think, I believe you recover half of what you shot, right? So Bone get's 5 back. If so he will flip a table and bring it to AQ85. He will hide behind it (Stealth: 32) and will ready a Lightning Arrow on the trigger of that door opening and hostile action occurs.

As the last to go through the illusory wall(or so he believes at least), Jury will make sure to grab the horn the animated armor made use of on his way out. He mirrors the others on his way out to the best of his ability. But stealth wasn't his strong suit; especially given his current armor(Stealth: 20). Meanwhile, Verdict calls himself trying to blend in to Bone's feathered head as he keeps watch on the retreat along with him.

Grixx will attempt to fit his enlarged form through the illusionary door. If he is not fitting he will get down on his hands and knees to try to crawl through. If still not, he will look to jury with sadness as will need the spell removed.
Talon realizes that Bone is not ahead of the group but seems a little confused and is staying back and seemingly preparing for a seige. Talon will Message him as everyone but Bone sneaks out through door B that they have covered with an illusion. "Hey, are you preparing for a suicide stand? The rest of us are tying to sneak out up this western staircase. I think you should probably follow."
The group begins to move toward the western staircase. Nox and Talon combine castings of Minor Illusion to hide the entrance to the intended destination, while Dredge ensures the whole group is covered in an arcane shroud.
Two other meek prisoners come out of the cells Dredge froze open. One immediately goes back inside in denial, probably hooping that he can be ignored by the incoming guards. The second one tries to fit herself in the armor of one of the enchanted soldiers defeated by the group.
Nox is then the first one through the illusion, followed by Talon and Dredge. While Grixx squeezes through the hidden passage (it's doable but you'd be moving at half speed while in the staircase), Talon tries to telepathically convince Bone to not stay behind. The kenku has brought a couple of crates and a barrel together (there are no tables or chairs here, the enchanted armors don't need to sit) and is preparing to fight aided only by Verdict, who is now back from its pocket dimension. Once Grixx is through the entry, Jury follows.
The half-orc prisoner with the trident is also opting to stay behind with Bone. "Thokk does not run," he screams. The female human prisoner now half-way through donning some previously enchanted armor seems more reluctant to stay after seeing mostly everyone leaving.
(Those stealth rolls are outrageous.Pass Without Trace is such a good spell. Everyone may consider themselves hidden/unseen for the moment.)
Nox take one of the pebble and color half of it red the other green with Prestidigitation toss it in the air and catch it the most prominent color is red. He says to the party "my feline sense to go up."
(OOC: i would have tossed a coin but apperently i am flat broke all my money went material ingrediants to be able to cast Find Familiar)
@super yes it half, rounded down of what you shot. you could loot the guard that had ranged weapon. I think it used bolts
Bone, watching his allies go upstairs, will sigh and follow them. He will give a thumbs up to the half-orc. "Have fun" He mimics. He will head upstairs with everyone else.
The group begins to head upstairs, leaving Thokk and the half-armor-clad lady to fend for themselves. It looks like they have scores to settle with their captors. Heading upstairs, the six of you can hear the sounds of battle breaking behind you just a few moments after you leave that floor.
The way up is longer than you probably expected. The stone steps are irregular and the walls feel like they are ever so slightly coming closer together as you move up. Grixx is struggling to squeeze his way up, falling behind the group by a considerable distance along with Talon's Spiritual Weapon. (OOC: Grixx's and Dredge's Rages have ended by now.)
The wails and screams of prisoners can be heard just on the other side of the walls. You recall that when you were first brought to the cells, the walls seem to move on their own and reveal more and more cells, while the floor and ceiling remained immobile. There is no way to know how many cells there are in this stone structure, but it is safe to bet that most prisoners are kept locked in the dark surrounded by walls unless they are lucky to pass through the opening that serves as the guard floor where you where located (kinda like an elevator shaft).
A few minutes pass and you are still moving up. Looking back, you can no longer see Grixx, who has fallen way behind in his large frame. The enlarging spell has ended by now, Jury realizes, so his barbarian companion should be able to catch up soon enough, but for now he is not with the other five party members. Talon's Spiritual Weapon spell has ended, as have both instances of Minor Illusion (The active spells some of you have with duration of 1 hour are still in play.)
Nox is the first to notice that the prisoners' scream heard from the other side of the walls have subsided, and if anything, have turned into noises more akin to growls. Dredge notices that the group's surroundings are becoming better lit as they move up. It takes a few more minutes of climbing the stairs but eventually you arrive at a landing before a large metal-reinforced door. A storm can be heard on the other side, as well as some loud chanting of sorts. Bone cannot hear footsteps coming from the stairs beneath.
Hearing the storm ahead and losing Grixx behind, Jury recalls Verdict to the more protective compartment in Jury's back while the warforged paused to await for Grixx to catch up. "A moment, trailists. For Warrior Grixx to catch-up."He calls aloud up the rest. Jury starts absently seeming to study the wall while he at least waits for the barbarian. "After our companion is with us, I will acquiesce to your wish to proceed. Warning. But not a moment before." Jury looks pointedly at Talon before returning his attention to the others. "In addition, if you are all willing to risk sparing an additional approximately 10 minutes, I have been known to be quite the oratory, capable of bolstering one's resolve. If not, make whatever quick preparations you can in anticipation of next obstacle."

Grixx arrives, and the group settles in for an inspirational talk.
Jury speaks without pause. Nox goes over his spellbook. Talon listens attentively. Bone mimics the speech's key points back at the group. Dredge asks strategic questions. Grixx pumps up the group to get the blood flowing.
Once Jury ends the speech, the group feels ready for the next challenge (You all benefit from Inspirational Leader, gaining 15 temporary hit points.)
The heavy door still bars your way. The storm still roars on the other side of it. The chants' fervor only increased with time. Your would-be pursuers are nowhere to be seen.
Nox getting bit concern on how long it would take for the pursuers to notice there much less prisoners then before. Looking at the heavy metal door he doesn't want to sprain a muscle so he whisper "anybody stronge enough to open that door? don't think we will be save for here much longer." Nox then use Prestidigitation to try snuff out the lightsources (if it candles/torch) arround us and the door keeping us in the shadows.
"Talon I will drop my Minor Illusion shortly just to let you know". The feline then move toward the door with a 10 feet gap dismiss the current Minor Illusion and recast it again around himself an illusion of metal walls encasing himself with small gaps on each wall around his eye and arm height so he can still and cast magic from his hand.
When sombody open the door he readyEldritch blast to cover for who opening the door and shoot his attacker.

"You are a strange creature, what is you name again? But I must admit I do feel refreshed. Now let me try my hand at this metal door. doesn't look like it wants to let us in." Talon will talk up to the door and attempt to open it. If it is locked he will pull out his thieves tools and attempt to pick it: 20 + 3
Dredge walks over to Talon as he fiddles with the door. “This is not the time for finesse, mate. Fanatic, if you would lend a hand?” Dredge then heaves on the door with his considerable weight and assistance from Grixx (unless stated otherwises, I’m assuming that Grixx is willing to help open the door. Should this not be the case, I will edit the roll)
Nox dims the flames a bit using his spells, but notice that the flames themselves are arcane in nature and are not as easily controlled. Although not completely enveloped in shadows, the group is now considered to be under dim lighting while on this landing before the metal door. The tabaxi then hides himself behind a meticulously design sheet of metal (Minor Illusion) and prepares to shoot arcane blasts if a companion opening the door is attacked.
Talon then goes to examine the door. There is no lock to be picked and he is able to conclude that they are not locked to begin with. They have been designed such that their weight is enough of a challenge, while their size make it hard for would-be invaders to sneak inside unnoticed. Whether Dredge realizes the same is up for debate. The druid simply walks up to the door and, recruiting Grixx to help him, pushes the door away from the group. The door is heavier than what Dredge expected and metal hisses and clangs as the large door swings open (not even Pass Without Trace will help you guys here. It's pretty obvious someone is coming into this next room).
What the party sees on the other side is another circular room, although this is not a prison ward. Instead, this carefully thought out stone room is supported by many pillars. Each is adorned with many glowing purple glyphs and arcane symbols, akin to the ones you have all seen in the Teleportation Circles you have used to move from one trial to the next in the early portion of these Trials. These are, however, larger than the symbols you witnessed before, and the purple light is very bright as opposed to the faint glow you saw before. The stonework on the floor is laid out in a very specific design as well. Three different types of stone have been used, with the clearest of them all being utilized in the center, to form a kind of circular altar made of white marble. A few intricate tapestry works are also placed on the floor here, and decoration is unlikely to be their sole purpose. The outer walls are littered with bookshelves replete with books, tomes, scrolls, parchment, ink, and many other types of arcane supplies.
On the ceiling, a huge circular patch of liquid wall swirls. This is not the soft, gentle swirl you have seen thus far, but a cloudy, tempestuous one. Thunderous noises come from the other side of this strange portal, and lightning can be seen coming from it and repeatedly hitting the very center of this altar. Four floating stone spheres slowly twirl around the center of the altar as well, conducting more lightning. They all seem to be focused on this rather big bird of bright red and purple feathers. The creature must have at least a 6-foot wing span, and despite being hit repeatedly by lightning, remains calm on the floor. It moves here and there but its head seems to be pinned to the ground. A humanoid creature with a much less elegant bird's face and a large hunchback studies it calmly, and without turning to see who is coming into the room, says out loud in an annoyed tone:
"Yes? What do you want, I asked not to be interrupted. Is that you again, Lysanderoth? Leave me be, I'll have your next beast ready in no time..."
If Jury could hyperventilate at the moment, the warforged would certainly being doing so the moment he laid eyes on the wealth of arcane supplies, books, and more! And if he could sweat, he would be a living waterfall after his attention shifts to Nox and Talon. In that moment, he made the gravest of errors not watching Grixx make his own move. Jury turns back just in time to see the Barbarian start wrestling with the birdman.
"... Maker. Why have you forsaken me?"He whispers to himself with his hand clenched tightly on the strap of his shield. Then, wanting not to waste a second more, Jury takes out and drop the Moon-Touched Greatsword on his back, and then makes a beeline for the nearest line of books and arcane supplies lining the outside of the room. In the wake of calling out for folk to "stay spread"he quickly intones a spell; animating not only the two large doors, causing them to start straining until they freed themselves from their inlays, but also the greatsword itself, sending it flying forth to the creature and assault it should it harm his compatriots.
As soon as he gets close, Verdict will spring out and start making a grab for arcane supplies that it can fly back to Jury with and stuff into his pack.
