One passing shock? A fluke? Two passing shocks? An Accident? But THREE freaking casual flybys!? Oh no. Baliff had just about enough of it; especially considering the Afro he now sported from hairs standing on in! And seeing that the Nagpa could do little more than flop around at the moment, he snorts as he shifts his remaining ire bird. The Gith's request gets at least some brief notice. Unable or uncaring to piece most of it together, he just thrusts a big, meaty ape finger in her(his?) direction, followed by the rough approximation of a 'hold on a minute' gesture before he goes back to the bird.
As he tried to muddle over how to bring the bird down, a beat began playing in its mind. With a wicked grin and his head bobbing to an unknown beat, a "plan" comes to form. More of as a passing command than planning, Bailiff sends his objects to go subdue the armored nuisances while he ran up and gave the bird the biggest smackdown of its life!
Bonus Action: Command Animate Objects to Kill Armored Pain Bringers. (Can furnish new positions if need be for them attacking the knights, but otherwise their positions remain unchanged for now.)

Dredge hears the fimilar voice of Furthloth and immediately turns from his position in the floor. He dashes towards the voice, casually emerging a few feet from the floor to see the situation before sinking back below the surface.
((Since Lightning Arrow is a concentration spell, Bone is going to keep using that until he runs out of arrows. Since he took damage this round here is the DC 10 Concentration Check: 15))
Maintaining concentration after his shock Bone will turn his attention to Furloth and sling a Lightning Arrow at him.

End of Turn
The two crossbow attacks:
Attack: 13 Damage: 5
Attack: 24 Damage: 10
EDIT: Almost forgot, if applicable, Sneak Attack: 5
Dredge positions himself closer to the entrance, still hidden underground. Nox moves in the same direction and manages to get within melee range of Furloth. The tabaxi makes sure to augment his defenses with Mirror Image and his offences with Shillelagh before reaching the gith. The flying bolts miss Nox and his three images, who are just too fast even for crossbow bolts!
Bailiff's animated objects (no need to move) change target and begin swinging their weight against their incoming animated counterparts. A few armor pieces hit the ground (Armored Guards killed: 3). Bailiff himself, runs, jumps, and misses his punches intended to hit the flying Phoenix. As the beast lands, a barrage of bolts hit him and his animated minions.
(Just to reiterate, the Phoenix's movement does not cause opportunity attacks.)

Furloth says "Come on now Tabaxi, why the revolt? We gave you a place to rest until you were recalled into the Trials. Fame awaits you. Stop attacking that stinky Nagpa and we will all forget about this misunderstanding, OK?" Nonetheless, sort of expecting for his plea to fail, Furloth punches Nox twice, and high-kicks once with furious speed.

(@Superbad: No Lightning Arrow unless you cast it again. I'm reinterpreting that first attack as a regular shot. Also, I don't think you accounted for that 10 damage from the critical crossbow bolt at the end of your turn, so I did it for you in your character sheet. Few free to correct it if I'm mistaken.)
Seeing the flurry of blows aimed at Nox, Bone springs into action by shooting three arrows at the new combatant. Furloth easily dodges all three, with simple but calculated movements of his neck and hips. "You want to dance as well, crowman?" Each missed projectile manages to destroy more arcane supplies.
Surprised by the gith's fluidity of movement, Bone decides to hide on a divot on the wall, between two pieces of shelved-furniture (it's supposed to be an arrow slit in the original map, but not in our game.) The kenku waits for an opportune moment to move, when no one is looking, except for a straggler crossbow bolt that manages to hit him accidentally but perfectly.

"There is still an effectual struggle to be made!" Talon yells as the room is overrun with armored guards. Talon will use 5ft of movement to move to AN,56 (this is assuming that Furloth is still at AM, 50 this would put Talon 30 feet from him.) Talon calls upon his patron to curse Furloth "You have chosen to enslave us and we are not ready to be enslaved!": (Bonus action to activate Hexblade's curse for 1 minute gain +5, his proficiency, to damage rolls and a 19 or 20 now count as critical hits.)
Seeing that Bone was unable to hit the Gith with a mostly accurate arrow (clearly the Gith's AC is higher than 19) Talon will cast Inflict Wounds with a level 5 spell slot and 1 sorcery point to give it 30 feet of range. He also prepares to call upon his God's favor (Favored by the Gods, +2d4 to the attack if I think it will help) if he feels the need to gain better accuracy himself. Lastly, if he is successful in hitting the Gith put determines that the impact is less than he wants he prepares to use is bloodline to empower the spell (1 sorcery point to empower the damage) if necessary: Attack: 26 Damage: 39

Final damage will be 46 - 5 + 18 = 59 (necrotic)
Talon will move back to AN, 60: Blink roll: 19 Talon disappears! (I assume that since I disappear at the end of my turn I don't need to worry about archer attacks. If this is incorrect let me know. Talon was visible for a full round so it can be debated that arrows would be flying his way.)

Talon invokes the power of his pure, sorcerous soul to manipulate the effectiveness of his Inflict Wounds spell. Satisfied with his trick, Talon moves back a few feet in trying to avoid the incoming crossbow bolts. He is successful in doing so, but in looking back over his shoulder he is surprised to see that Furloth does not look any worse for the wear as if the spell never hit him. Without Talon realizing it at first (for flavor) the gith blocked his arcane manipulation with a simple Shield spell.

NOTE: Dredge, Nox, Bailiff, the animated objects, Talon, and Bone are all benefiting from Grixx's Zealous Presence for their next turn.
NOTE: The flurry of bolts continues. At the end of each of your turns, each of you should additionally roll two crossbow attacks against yourselves. These two attacks per turn have a +4 to hit and deal 1d6+2 piercing damage. You may elect to attack the armored guards. In this case, just assume that you hit and/or they fail the saving throw. Every 10 points worth of damage that you cause, a guard dies.
