Talon blinks back into the material plane at AH,58
"I thought we dealt with you already! My patience is growing thin! When are we going to see the last of your kind?"
He switches the Hex he cast against the Nagpa and focuses it on the new Phoenix (still disadvantage on intelligence ability checks.)
He moves to AH, 60(10 feet) and using his sorcery magic (1 sorcery point) he extends the reach of Inflict Wounds to cast it on the Phoenix (4th level slot, reserve the right to use my bardic inspiration 1d8 from Nox and also possibly the Favored of the Gods feature 2d4 to complete the attack.)

Talon will not use the extra advantages to hit, hoping he is not mistaken like he was once before. As the new chic flies away from him, Dredge goes into a rage, upset that he wasn’t the one to put an end to the hand Hand of Irathis. He then dashes toward the lightning bird and consumes a 3rd level spell slot to recover 17 hit points to his combat wildshape. His dash ends at AL65.
After seeing the ape previously known as Jury explode after lightning arcs off it from his attack, he puts two and two together. Bone's jaw goes slack and arms goes limp to his side. A tear falls from his left eye as he realizes what he had done. Enraged at a mixture of himself and these trials costing him his companions he will put everything he has into killing this creature.
Bone will head to AH48 where he will FIRE at the baby Phoenix, all with Sharpshooter after casting Hunter's Mark using his BONUS ACTION.

They both pass straight through the bird, their magical nature still dealing damage despite the lack of physical resistance upon contact. The arrows eventually stop, embedded into a couple of arcane tomes (Arclight Phoenix-chic - CMD: 85).
Grixx runs and heals bit through one of his (never-ending?) Potion of Healing.

Dredge, consumed by his anger with the mini-phoenix, sinks into the ground, ignoring his friend. He charges towards the bird, propelling himself out of the earth so that he is just able to hit the bird with both hands (reflavored high jump, jump height of 10 feet, earth elemental height of 8-10 feet, reach of 10 feet on attacks. Should be just enough, so for the second time Dredge leaps up to hit a flying enemy). He slams recklessly into the bird with both fists before coming crashing back down to the ground.

Talon is awake. The blood is pumping, the frustration is building, the excitement is palpable and he wants to take out this final, at least for now, enemy creature in the room. There are supplies of incalculable value that are now shred to pieces all over the floor and because of the desire to stay alive, they have barely scratched the surface of his attention. Is he tired? If he is he hasn't noticed as the adrenaline continues to mask any need for rest.
He transfers some of his magic energy reserves from his patron to empower his divine gifts (bonus action convert level 1 spell slot into 2 1 sorcery points.)
He moves to AD, 52 and blasts the magic learned from his patron at the remaining energetic bird:

Dredge launches himself from the ground, reaching the Phoenix-chic for just enough of a time interval to swing his stony fists at it (Arclight Phoenix-chic - CMD: 120). The druid feels the bird's natural lightning travel through his body in two separate jolts, taking a total of 26 lightning damage.
Nox gasps while on the ground, showing some sign of life (DEATH saving throws - successes: 1, failures: 2). Meanwhile, Grixx tries to get close to the fallen tabaxi.
Talon and Bone then combine their anger to put an end to this fight once and for all. Talon calls on his divine blood to launch a devastating array of Eldritch Blasts, while Bone aims two more accurate magic shots at the same target. They all hit within a split second of each other, unraveling the tempestuous lightning that was shaped like a bird. Dredge is caught in the explosion (Arclight Phoenix-chic - CMD: 226->DEFEATED).
-> Dredge's DEX saving throw {DC 18}: 13 - Dredge escapes from the brunt of it, but still takes 25 lightning damage (already halved due to successful save. Please round it down. I believe this is enough to force Dredge out of his Earth Elemental form, right?)
